Really weird, I tried MID and SUBSTRING in database direct over the weekend but kept getting an error saying sgw.MID or sgw.SUBSTRING not found. Tried your query just now and worked fine so unsure what I was doing wrong... might just be me going mad. Displaying perfectly now, thanks again. Tom

Hi @Bob Dickinson, I'm trying to display just the time from a date field which outputs as 2017-03-27T08:42:52.961Z. Can't seem to get MID or SUBSTRING working to extract just the middle 5 characters, any ideas how I could achieve this in the custom SQL widget? Many thanks, Tom

This is really helpful, is there a way to display an alias instead of the exact column name? "Reference ID" instead of "h_pk_reference" for example. Many thanks, Tom

+1 for this change! We too are desperate for the ability to take the answer of a custom question (eg. date picker) and place the request on hold until the specified date. Kind regards, Tom

Hello All, Would like to request some enhancements to the Achievements feature to flesh it out a bit and make it a bit more usable. We're a small team and won't really use it for it's original purpose (time restraints etc.) however am hoping to use make full use of the tool and use the achievements function as a way of granting clearance for systems and assigning a "lead" analyst for specific systems. Have done some testing and it will work but not that great, would need the following functionality (which I think is pretty reasonable and would be useful for any use of the achievements function) to make full use of it: - Ability to revoke an achievement - Ability to see all analysts that have achieved a certain achievement - Ability to view category of achievement - either extra text or when you hover over it - Ability to search an achievement - Ability to list achievements differently on an analysts page - currently it lists as date only but categories would also be useful Many thanks, Tom

Hello, In progressive capture there is a date and date/time picker available. Please can you include a time only version and also give the ability to switch off seconds for all as this is too specific and unnecessary in most situations. Also if some more thought could be given to the user experience of this form that would be great. A lot of the time it works fine but have had reports from users that it can be fiddly and after doing some testing have to agree with them. Sometimes you can type the time in, sometimes you can't and the minutes and hours don't "snap" to anything particularly useful for an end user (5, 10, 15 etc. or 00, 15, 30 etc). Many thanks, Tom

Hello All, Please can you look at adding a pin for the "Questions" pane when viewing a request. We use lots of custom questions and only really bother asking our users to provide information if it will benefit our analysts. It's just an extra click every time the analyst views a job as to get all the information they need to see in one place they have to always expand the questions pane. Many thanks, Tom

Hi All, Looks nice and the extra real estate is appreciated, good stuff! However... I don't like having to hover over the arrow to get to the submenus, it's quite a small surface you have to pinpoint with the mouse to gain access to the options you're really after. Would suggest the entire tile changes to the submenus as you hover over (realise this proves problematic with the amount of options the Home button has but think that should be the exception not the rule - "My Profile" should move to the top right hand menu anyway IMO - the bit where you select your default view).
