We are still experiencing lots of slowness and connection issues today. Please could this be looked at.

Over the past couple of days we have noticed that some of the Focus actions are not working, For example we have a wait for Call Request owner and Action Focus set to Assign, when you then log a call the request logs ok but the action area never opens up at the requested focus. (Tested in IE and Chrome) Secondly I have a problem in a BPM where a decision wont behave as expected (it did when first built but not correctly over the past 24 hours) I have a decision with the following Expression The alternative one which == Rejected works but when the Custom Field A is left blank the above Goto will not fire. Am I missing something?

@James Ainsworth I think I have found the answer If I upload to Computer System - there is a Validation button However under Computer Peripherals there is not.

I have built a new BPM and want to drive a decision from a progressive capture answer (From a simple list) I have added an automated task "TYPE - Get Request information" & "TASK - Progressive Capture Answers" I then set up a decision node and the Branch is as follows The simple list is Unfortunately this does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @James Ainsworth I was using the upload CSV through "Upload new Assets", I was concerned as before I imported 500 assets I would try 1 to see which fields I needed to populate. When I uploaded it for a second time I was expecting to see a message like "Asset already in DB" instead it uploaded a second time.

I have been looking at our Asset DB and noticed that there are duplicates. 1. How does the Asset management side validate assets? 2. Which is the unique field?

@James Ainsworth So I have created a new team and added them as a supporting team. I have gone into "Hornbill Service Manager >Configuration >Service Desk" and set the team members to be able to have calls assigned to them. However I want everyone to be able to see the list of requests in the requests screen, for the other teams I have had to manually add each member to the organisation with "allow task View" to Yes. As we now have about 100 users I want to be able to add all users in one go. If this doesn't make sense let me know and I will screen grab it.

I need to create a new team but need everyone to be able to see it. I will then add The team members through "Hornbill Service Manager >Configuration >Service Desk" Whats the easiest way to achieve this.

I think the reason is the fact it cant look back at historic data therefore in 12 days time it will be correct, however if you re sample it will show them all the same. The following may be of interest.

Is it possible to change the number of questions displayed on the request log, I believe at present it shows 10 before going on to page 2. On most of our calls we have 12 questions so it would be nice to have them displayed without having to change page.

@Victor Basically number of calls within Hornbill that are either on hold or pending at the end of each day/week with a graph/measure showing the last 30 days / 12 months

Im sure this has been answered in the past but been absent from the forums for a bit. I would like to have a widget display the backlog of calls over the past x number of days. It would be nice to see how the backlog is trending.

We have been using a Change Business Process for the past several months with everything working. My colleague now reports that over the last month 2 functions are now not working as intended and the Process gets stuck. No one has made any changes to this since last year. I have identified the 2 nodes that no longer work and wondered if anyone else is seeing anything similar. Although this is set to only allow the user called Change Authority to complete this task, other users can complete the task. Even if you assign the call over to another owner the BPM does not update.
