  2. I was building some new PCF today and noticed that you can create My question is what does this return? Is this a way of creating a custom form but with the sites field? If I try to run the PCF I get the following error

  4. @Victor There are no analysts in the list but you can still assign to the team.
  5. @Victor So far I have removed the organisation from everyones users profile and then disabling "Allow Task Assignment" If I look at the Service Desk page for this team the tick and cross are greyed out
  6. We have a queue which we have now stopped using. it is set as below, However it still appears in the drop down for team assignment. we dont use supporting teams so I am unsure where else this could be still set.

  8. Since the Insights event and the changes to the platform we have noticed on 4 or 5 occasions where a Progressive Capture gets stuck. You can generally tell when this will happen as a blue box appears on the screen. When you click next the next form does not appear Sometimes deleting the cache works. So far I have only seen this when using Chrome but will update the post if I see this in any other browser.
  9. @VictorThanks for the email response. 1 question would be if I have to specify a team why does "team" "=" "list of all teams" work but "team" "!=" "1 team" not return any requests.
  10. @VictorSo I have used my test account "Kelvin" which belongs to the "TestEnvironment" organisation. I have carried out an advanced search and added a "service" "is not" "User Security" and it only displays 4 requests, I would expect to see 70k+ I know you looked at this before and resolved it by removing a service that still had deleted teams assigned to them. Although we have made some changes to the members of teams I have not added or removed any teams.

  12. @Steven Boardman It looks like the issue is when you try an advanced search on the request list. Global Searches seem to work
  13. We have made some big changes with the structure of teams within Hornbill but in the process users have now lost the ability to search for calls outside of their immediate teams. Teams now only have their respective staff assigned to them instead of assigning all users and using Home > Hornbill Service Manager > Configuration > Service Desk to limit who can have calls assigned to them. None of our services have any supporting teams and this in the past has given us access for all full users to be able to create views of any calls in any teams. Is this possible, have I missed something, how do others get around this
  14. I know this was previously asked but cant find the post. Is there a location in the database which tells me what BPMs are being used. I have a couple which I am fairly sure are not used anymore but before I disable them I want to be sure.
  15. Nooo I missed @Victor will have to wait till next year Another Great Event. Hopefully if it is a 2 day event I will be able to meet more of you next time. The 4 hour drive each way (due to traffic) made for a long day.
  16. You talked about the action option and that we can turn on/off the ability to select different types of requests to update/assign etc. Is this in the latest patch and where is the option to turn this on.
  17. As we are not currently using any self service portals we have not set up a Logo Image. When we log into the Hornbill Today view we see the following. Can anyone tell me where the colour settings are to change the background to white.
  18. @Pamela Not really we are already doing it this way but in the future we could end up with close to 50 views and the time to edit each one would lose its appeal.

  21. I am trying to update the Summary and Description fields on a Business process, unfortunately the below does not seem to work, any ideas. This was build using the variable picker. New &[functions.pcf("NewServerRequest","Server_Type")] server for &[functions.pcf("NewServerRequest","Project_Name")], to be set up by &[functions.pcf("NewServerRequest","Date")]
