Following the upgrade today the load time for any page or list is more that 10 seconds this is having an impact on service. Are there any known issues?
I need to be able to record a LAN MAC and a WLAN MAC address against our assets, I would be happy to change one of the existing fields however I am unable to locate the Translation table for Assets.
@Dexy We use Hornbill SM in the cloud however we are careful with what data we store. Before we went live we checked that the data centres are UK based and that the data would be secure however we do not store Patient Identifiable Data on SM.

The problem is they are part way through our change process and need to be progressed
Since upgrading to the latest SM patch when logging a ticket and typing in the description field the cursor jumps up to the Summary field. I have tested this on multiple request type.
This only seems to happen on the 'Request Details' form.
