  1. We have been testing Scheduled tasks for a little while now and all seems to be going well. As @Steven Boardman suggested we are using the activity board to monitor the completed/outstanding tasks. Is there a way to set criteria on the outcome button. e.g we have 2 options on most activities either Completed or Issue Raised and would like to see these separated on different boards.
  2. Does anyone know where is best to park? Considering the Long stay car park and then walking from Terminal 4.
  3. These details posted above do not seem to be current
  4. @Steven BoardmanThanks really like this approach. I haven't had chance to test but I am guessing these boards would need to be created on each users accounts. Could we look at making the boards shareable in the future?
  5. I noticed this morning that Scheduled activities and now in Beta. Looks great and we have been able to schedule an activity. How do I look at completed tasks. I can see there is a reference number in the log file (e.g. TSK20180409000003) but unsure where I can view them
  6. @Daniel Dekel Looks great, I would also be very interested in using the checklist to progress Business Processes.
  7. @Chaz Has this been patched as we are still having issues with Customer Details not printing.
  8. I have logged into Hornbill today and gone to My Dashboard normally I am able to scroll down the page but today there is no scroll bar. I have tried Chrome, IE and Edge. The scroll bar is there on the request list but when you clink on the graph to access "My Dashboard" it disappears
  9. @Victor Amazing. Fantastic job works like a dream.
  10. @VictorDone. I have removed the supporting groups from both eCare Service and Standard Service.
  11. @Victor I am in now. Do you want me to remove the Supporting Groups?
  12. @VictorSorry, Yeah I had to add the supporting teams back in to enable some of the user to work properly. If I remove the supporting teams so that it should default to ALL. the requests then stop showing up if you either run a custom view or select "All my Services" If you let me know when you would be able to have a look. I will temporarily remove the supporting teams. Now off home so will have to do this either tomorrow or next week or after Easter
  13. @Victor I can see you are really busy but did you get chance to look into this?
  14. @Dan MunnsThanks for the response. I have set up a dashboard in advanced analytics however I need to have the drill down to request list available.
  15. Is it possible to set "My Dashboards" to be the landing homepage instead of the Request List, Workspace etc
  16. An example Ticket If the service condition is removed the following ticket is not on the list SR00072408
  17. @Victor The image above works, if I remove the bottom condition it does not display the requests under our "Standard Service" service but does display all other calls.
  18. @VictorI have tried to add an extra condition where "service" "is not" "...." and this then shows the missing requests. My only question would be why this is the case on only 2 of our services when all services are set up with no support teams.
  19. Hi All Yesterday I made a slight change and removed all the supporting teams from our Services. several of my colleagues this morning are saying that their custom request views and no longer working. After testing I can conclude that 2 of our services called "Standard Service" & "eCare Service (DO NOT USE)" do not return any results. After further investigation I resolve the issue by adding all the supporting teams back in. I am guessing that this must then be a bug. Let me know if you need further information
