  1. Can the standard Visibility option be added to the Change Requests > Update Request > Add to Change Calendar node. We have the ability to turn on and off the timeline update being made but not it's visibility. Cheers Martyn
  2. Is anyone else having issues with setting up the scheduling for reporting? Every time I do it, it comes up with this: I have created a Document by uploading a manually run report, with revision enabled, it is active, and published to the reporting library with document tags as suggested on wiki. Making sure that he document type is PDF and the report is publishing to PDF as well. And the report schedule is like this: But it just wont work, am I doing something stupid or is this a known problem? Hayley.
  3. Hi all, I set up some scheduled tasks on Thursday and have come in this morning to find that one of them has generated 1821 tasks. It looks to have generated 1 new task every minute since it kicked off on the 1st at midnight. I have since stopped the task. None of the other scheduled tasks have done anything weird (so far) I have attached the config of the task. Also if someone could delete all tasks named 'Systems User Review' from our instance fairly urgently as other genuine tasks are lost in a sea of duplicates and I dont fancy sitting around all day deleting them.   4. Afternoon, Quick question, when i went to the SITS 17 we were advised that you were working on a scheduler for reporting and also simpler reporting to be available on the collaboration side can i please have a update on the scales of this? Many thanks Hayley
  5. Hi guys, Just tried the API scheduler today and I am facing some issues so I was trying to troubleshoot... Here is my config file: conf.json Is there a screen in the admin section where we can see all the custom scheduled API calls? Thanks, Lyonel
  6. Hi all, I am trying to get the scheduler to run a few .json files before I compile them into one big schedule. The files are named for the task they are to create eg. 'ivr_reboot' When I use the file switch the scheduler still calls config.json rather than the file I have specified. Any ideas? Thanks Dan
