  2. @Nikolaj thanks for your post and apologies for the late reply. I have forwarded on your ideas to our product management team. When you say like in service manager for requests, I presume you are referring to the fact you can see Incidents, Changes, Problems etc in a single list? This is largely due to the fact that they are all 'Requests' and share the same underlying information. Tasks for requests are not included in this view as they have very different properties. I understand where you are coming from though and I'll ask the team to investigate the technical side of producing such a view and the effort it might entail. Alex
  3. @Jo Sword if you raise this with our support team they should be able to investigate this particular issue for you. Alex
  4. The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (302) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: New Programme Projects Overview Programme Charts Change Project cost charts are now split into bar charts and pie charts to make better use of the screen space Removed the tooltip for creating a new project or a new programme on the red button as it made it difficult to click in exactly the right place The number of boards on a project is now shown as a number for consistency with all the other project areas Fix Added check to only load project stakeholders for a project task once all required information had been loaded to guard against the effect of a network issue. Additional checks when updating project, project task, and programme cards that are on boards in Board Manager to catch any errors that may be thrown Incorrect url link to Hornbill website from the app store inside the Hornbill Admin Tool Missing Programme translation strings Issue with pagination on project templates Project Milestones and Dependant Task were not rendered correctly when viewing a project task
  5. @Jo Sword yes, this is a feature we plan to introduce soon. Alex
  6. @Jo Sword thanks for your post. This is already possible in the Hornbill Admin Tool. Here you can define RAG Tolerance Tenplates for each of your Project RAG Tolerances Alex
  7. @Nikolaj thanks for confirming it works ok for you. We've identified a possible issue whereby a network delay could cause things to attempt to load in the wrong order. We are testing internally and if all is ok will will push out a new update this afternoon. FYI @Darren Rose
  8. @Darren Rose we are having trouble replicating this issue on a number of our development Hornbill instances. Can I ask if this is just happening on a single project or whether it is affecting all of your projects? Alex
  9. Our development team isn looking at this as a matter of urgency.
  10. @Darren Rose our development team have found the issue here. This will be fixed in the next update. Alex
  11. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex

  14. @Paul Alexander thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  15. @Tina.Lapere currently, Supplier Contacts are completely separate from Organisation Contacts. It's not possible to log a call against a supplier contact for example. In your scenario, it appears that you would need to record the information in both places as your organisation 'y' appears to be both a customer and a supplier. Alex
  16. @Tina.Lapere thanks for your post. Great to hear about your thoughts regarding Supplier Manager. Currently there is functionality available to import suppliers from a spreadsheet but not supplier contacts. This is very much part of our plans and will be added in a future update. I suspect you're not the only one to have used Hornbill in this way so I think what would be ideal as well would be some sort of functionality that allows an organisation and its associated contacts to be converted to a supplier in Supplier Manager. I will pass this onto our product team for review. Alex
  17. The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (296) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: New Added project RAG status as a column to both the my projects and favourites views on the main project portfolio view. Project Role Permissions - As the Project Manager, choose what project stakeholders can and can't do within each project based on their project role Custom Forms in Progressive Capture - Map custom field data in your progressive capture to the custom fields on the project form Change All columns that are available in the my projects view on the main project portfolio are now also available on the favourites view. Increased the character limit on the description field within progressive capture to 2048 characters for new projects Project RAG Tolerance indicators now appear circular Harry Hornbill can now be hidden or shown using an app setting when viewing a programme's RAG status Fix No data was shown for the number of projects column in the programmes table on the main portfolio view. Milestone Status was not translated properly when viewing audit history for an individual project milestone Button to add a new project resource was visible when it should not have been Project Stakeholders view and counts would not refresh when a project stakeholder is removed from a project Some users were unable to download project attachments due to security restrictions When adding a programme to a board, the board list was not immediately refreshed Enable Costs switch shown twice on the visibility tab of a project template in the Hornbill Admin Tool
  18. The latest build of Hornbill Supplier Manager (109) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Change The board icon is now highlighted if a supplier contract is on at least one board from Board Manager when viewing the supplier contract details from the main supplier contract view The board icon is now highlighted if a supplier contact is on at least one board from Board Manager when viewing the supplier contact details from the main supplier contact view The board icon is now highlighted if a supplier is on at least one board from Board Manager when viewing the supplier details from the main supplier view Fix Unable to edit/delete attachments to supplier contracts Not all of the fields for creating a new supplier contract from within a supplier record were marked as required which would lead to an error being thrown in certain cases.
  19. @LouiseE I'm pleased to say this issue has been resolved in the next Supplier Manager update. Alex
  20. @Darren Rose thanks for your post. I'll ask our development team to investigate why you don't see the option of 'project' from the drop down as it should be there. Are you talking about a getDetails operation for a project manager business process? We have a number of bpm operations planned to add to project manager that will become available in future updates. Alex
  21. @Tom Gilbert thanks for your post. I can see the value of this and will ask our development team to add the column and any others that may be of value as well. Alex
  22. @Nick Brailsford @Jo Sword @Tom Gilbert thanks for your feedback everyone. I will ask our development team to make this change. Alex
  23. @Nick Brailsford yes you can join those two tables. h_supplier_suppliers.h_id = h_supplier_supplier_contacts.h_supplier_id Alex
  24. @Nick Brailsford the issue is a project task is based on a platform task and at present they can not be re opened. I will raise this internally with our platform team to see what they say. In the mean time, from a project perspective, would a 2 stage confirmation process add any value? Specifically I'm thinking of when you open up a task and click the button 'complete' you are then presented with a confirmation choice yes/no that you really do want to complete the task? Having said that, by the sounds of things, you've selected the wrong task by mistake in the first place so I'm not sure my suggestion would be of any help here... I will see what our platform team come back with. Alex
  25. @Nick Brailsford thanks for your post. You are not missing anything. Just like a regular task, once it has been completed it can not be re-opened. Alex
