  2. I have been having a issue with our change process for a few days, We havent changed anything on it to cause it so am a bit confiused by it. This is the error received, I believe its around these nodes that the issue is occuring: I have attached the change aswell, if anyone could take a look and let me know where i have gone wrong?   3. Afternoon all, Wonder if i can grab some advice, we are currently tryingn to implement our SSO profiles for the Self service portal. We are coming accross a issue where it direct the portal but does not sign users into it Here is a screenshot of our profile. we are using another piece of software (Centrify) as our source atm. so for example, Someone logs on to the centrify app or centrify webpage and then every app on that webpage is SSO from this point as AD credentials have already been supplied. Here is a screen shot of our SSO Profile: As far as i can see i have completed it to the instructionsn on the wiki page. We have done the same at the centrify end (just FYI) But the result we are getting is as follows: Does anyone have any ideas/advice in regards to this. Thanks Hayley.

  5. Is anyone else experiencing issues where the top's of bars on there PDF reports are disappearing off the top and do not display the totals? Is there a fix in the works for this? Thanks Hayley.

  9. Afternoon, Our users are reportingthat when they take a call of of hold the system is sending out all breach emails. For example if we put a call on hold before breach, it seems to still be counting to breach in the background? When our users took the call off hold the call sent out 3 breach notifications one for 50%, one for 75% and one for 100%? All at the same time? However it is not showing as breached on the actual call? As you can see below all were sent at the same time? We have had a couple of these so far today Hayley.

  12. Out of interest do we know when a fix will be out for the brokenyear part of the dates when running reports? Hayley.
  13. Does anyone know if there is a way to report on what list on a board a call is sitting on? We have different lists for different stages of the change process such as: "Pending review and authorisation" "More information Required" I would like to incude this on a report i run for our change manager so they know what is holding the change up? What table/Column is this if at all? Hayley.

  15. Is there somewhere in hornbill where I can see your database diagrams? I'm trying to build a query that connects to the h_status column in the h_sys_accounts_status table, so our dashboards will show Analyst Name - Tickets Resolved - Analyst Status (so that is shows when people are on Annual leave or sick etc...) However I cannot find what other tables the h_status column connects to, to do this? Thanks Hayley
  16. I would also like to point out that I tried just adding different stages to the call, and having Goto if stages however it wont let me do more that 1 or 2 on the progressive capture before it breaks? So not sure if I'm doing something wrong there?

Morning, We have a procurement process in Hornbill and the last activity that runs on the process asks 3 questions "Kit Built", "Delivery" and "Collection" I want the process to resolve and close after one of these options is selected. However when it resolves and closes I want it to pick the correct Resolution category and text and closure code. I wondered if there was a Decision node (like when you select your progressive capture question outcome to send the process down a different path) for the activity outcomes? Any ideas? Hayley
  18. Afternoon, If there any way that we can report on all teams that worked on a call, and at what point and team that the call breaches or completes within SLA? We have calls that are being passed to teams and then breaching within minutes because the previous team has "sat on" the call for a period of time before looking into it. This is also a issue in the sence that if one team has done a large piece of work at the beginning of the call, then passed it to another team to do a final piece of work. Only the 2nd team is getting the closure stats for that call. So we want a way to see every team that has been assigned to the call in the life of the call. Many thanks Hayley.
