  1. We are using 2.27.16 I have also noticed that sometimes this form flashes up and goes straight to the next form, if you click previous it will go back to category form but still lets you click next with nothing selected.
  2. I have looking through some PCs and notice that the form "Request Category" is set to Mandatory however when logging a request you can click next past this form. is this a known bug?
  3. Sorry to bump this topic but wondered if anyone had chance to look at this.
  4. From a previous update we now have the ability to use flowcodes to update summary/description fields. This works fine if all the questions are answered however if 1 of the fields are left unanswered the update will not work and returns 'undefined' Left is undefined Right is correct
  5. This may just be a permission issue but we are experiencing problems where no one is able to open a post within a request. Example Open a request go to the 'More Actions' menu select Open Post
  6. I have just checked on our instance and if I export a list with reference and owner the csv file doesn't contain the owner information.

  8. Another follow on suggestion. If a user is set to on leave/unavailable, then a prompt is displayed when you try to assign them a request. This will stop calls breaching when users are not in the office,
  9. Thats what I thought. When I select Use Mailbox and look in the drop down for Mailbox, the mailbox does not appear. Is there a certain permission I am missing.
  10. I have been looking at the Email Routing Rules on the Wiki and wondered if it is possible to set up a rule to JUST move the email from the inbox to a designated folder. At this stage I do not need a call logged.
  11. Both. The above was an example of the sort of call we have to log for installation of new equipment and it would be useful to be able to display the information together. Also it would make it easier to read if there was a little more customisation to the layout of forms.
  12. This is a "I would like post". Would it be possible to choose where the input boxes appear. eg How many PCs [ ], rather than the box appearing underneath. Also is there any thought into having an input table, screen shot below.
  13. This is for our Call logging staff who need to be able to view calls from all organisations.
  14. If I add a new organisation and want to assign users is there an easy way to add all users as currently I am doing this manually.
  15. This doesn't seem to happen on all calls. See an example when there is an asset but no print option.
  16. Should be a simple request I hope. When we print off a call we do not get the Asset Data tab. I have checked their is asset details on the call.
  17. We have started to see this issue this morning. No other network issues identified but randomly we get this error.

  19. Hi Samuel I think, I may be wrong, that as you are using parallel processing it is looking at completing all 3 branches. I have included a screen shot of what I would try. I hope this helps
  20. I would like to update the Request summary field with the answer from a PC custom question. Just looking at the wiki page is it possible to use:
  21. Has anything been thought about with regards to custom columns in the request list window. We have a custom field which captures the request location, we would then like to display calls by this field on the request screen.
  22. Was there any further update on this as it is causing us some issues with making the request list easy to use when we dont use the "Request Details" form.
