Our site is now seeing strange notices appearing on the screen when opening the portal. Items such as this. It's also noticeably slower to open. Have there been any updates doing this for everyone?
-
Ah brilliant, many thanks @Steven Boardman
-
Is it possible to customise what appears on the search widget? For instance, I do not want to display "Service" or "Service Request" as options to filter against. Many thanks.
-
+1 from me too.
-
This is frustrating - categories only permit the OWNER to add to subcategories. I'm in the position where I want to delegate the ability to add/remove to the subcategory but none of the available roles allow this. Can we have a role for this please?

Can someone please tell me where this "right" or "role" is hidden? I cannot see it anywhere. Many thanks. -
I think that's done it, it now matches up, Missed/Met percentages. A thousand thanks.
-
Wow, adding h_withinfix IS NOT NULL has smacked that figure up significantly. I'll analyse it further to see if that was what was missing. Cheers for your thoughts @Steve Giller
-
Based on the supposition that the resolve status needs to be specified, I have created another measure with those criteria. The results are exactly the same.
-
I thought just having the h_withinfix value being 0 or 1 would suffice for an indicator on it being resolved/closed.
-
Oh... Doh! I see where you're coming from now. Should I be doing that?
-
No Steve, I'm using h_datersolved for date ranging, h_pk_reference as value column. Where clause is h_requesttype and h_fk_team_name. Percentage sub-query is h_withinfix=0 Key column is h_pk_reference Usual table.
-
Hello everyone, I must be having a bit of a brain fart as I cannot work out why my measures for Priorities Met/Missed are so wildly different. For example (based on h_dateresolved), Missed priorities (h_withinfix =0) percentage for a particular team last month was 13.43%; looks great, but if I do one for met priorities (h_withinfix=1) I get 41.79%. Where's the other 44 odd percent gone? This is the same for all such measures. What am I missing here? Cheers.

I've logged it with Care. When I have a result, I'll post it here for any other eager beavers.

I've based the query on one featured on the HB Demo Widget "Average Days Between Major Incidents" (SELECT h_pk_reference, h_ownerid, h_datelogged, (SELECT Min(h_datelogged) FROM h_itsm_requests T2 WHERE T2.h_datelogged > T1.h_datelogged AND h_fk_priorityname= 'Major' AND h_requesttype = 'Incident' ) AS NextDate FROM h_itsm_requests T1 WHERE h_fk_priorityname= 'Major' AND h_requesttype = 'Incident' ) AS AllDays

Thanks @SamS, I'm trying to extrapolate owner names of calls logged under the service "Out of Hours" and count how many were logged. There are a mixture of disciplines who do out of hours work (and are all in the one team for that duty, their day job is under a different team), I'm separating those team members so we can see which discipline is handling the most calls out of hours.

Good day everyone. Can anyone please assist with where I am going wrong with this statement? (SELECT h_fk_team_name, h_ownername, h_fk_servicename, (SELECT h_ownername FROM h_itsm_requests T2 WHERE T2.h_ownername IN ('names of team', 'more names of team', etc')) AS 'Third Line' FROM h_itsm_requests T3 WHERE T3.h_fk_servicename= "Out of Hours") I get the error "MySQL Error 1248: Every derived table must have its own alias" despite my belief that it should work.

Surely this is a must? +1

This seems like an eminently positive step towards making the Live Chat even more useful. Hmm, how about this, if the existing call reference is in the chat itself, it automatically appends the chat session dialogue to that call ref.

Does anyone else have issues regarding the Search the portal function? Our experience is pretty poor, often a search comes up with no results despite using the exact title of an FAQ, or even a fragment of it. FAQs can seriously do with having tags.

+1 Sounds like an excellent request

+1 from me, exactly what I need right now. I'd also like it to be a feature for a widget or measure.
