  1. Brilliant. +1. I can see this being an excellent way for senior team leads to pick up when a call has been "escalated" to a degree which merits intervention.
  2. As it says, it would be terrific it a project can be associated with a portfolio upon it's creation instead of having to add it to the portfolio when it's created.

  9. From HOME, going into "Co-Workers". When selecting the "Organisation" the results are displayed briefly before disappearing. Changing any of the other selectors doesn't force it to appear, neither does a refresh of the page. This behaviour is seen in MS EDGE and Chrome browsers.

  11. @AlexTumber Late to the party, but my invite only arrived last week. Anyway - has there been any movement on the "Project Progress" dial? If you look at the HB Demo site, the needle on the Office 365 Migration project has advanced to 45%. I have no idea how this is done; I accelerated the teams progress on the tasks in an effort to shift the needle, but it didn't budge. All the other demo projects...flatlined. This is something I'm extremely keen on utilising, not least because you can report on this element (and the management do love this sort of snappy info), but if it's not budging, it's useless.

  13. Please can we have the option of notifying the Sponsor as well as the Project manager on completion of tasks?
  14. In a Task View, when attempting to add time, the sub categories are not showing. This has a knock on effect of not being able to submit time. This was working yesterday. This is not replicated in a plain old timesheet view.
  15. Is there a QOL update coming to provide mouse wheel scrolling on the aforementioned element? If you have a lot of "Tasks" assigned, you cannot use the mouse wheel to scroll, you have to click/drag the vertical bar to scroll.
  16. Hey, I figured it out. The resource still had a Project "Role" assigned to them. Somehow that makes them a resource; they didn't have a "license" assigned so having that role left behind was odd.

  18. Ok I figured that you MUST NOT click the "ADD MORE DETAILS" button or it won't set to "In Planning" Can we have an enhancement to be able to manually change the status please?
  19. I have a member of staff who is shown as a resource in the "Project Resources" section. However, they are not associated with any (active) projects. How does one remove them (they won't be using PM so there's no point in them being there).
  20. Can anyone please tell me how to get a task into the "In Planning" state? I read in a post that you don't put and owner/assignee (and progress is less than 100%) and it automatically sets to that state, however, it doesn't. Many thanks.
  21. The dependency can be added by editing the newly created task.
  22. When adding a dependency task to another task, we get the following error. This is the first time we have done this, can't work out why it would do this.
