  1. Better to link sys_accounts users ID to Project Audit History "Created By" and display the Name and Date Created values in the report.
  2. Good morning. Has anyone experienced a change in there DKIM record in SM? Our cyber team are reporting that the record in SM is different to the one submitted. The difference is that some of the characters towards the end of the string have swapped case. Lower to upper, upper to lower etc. This is peculiar as when it was submitted it was in the correct case (I still have the email chain with the string), but now it's in SM, there have been changes. It still works, but we have to get things changed for security sake.
  3. You could create a report to show the "Date Last Modified" on the "Projects" table. Link that to the "h_sys_accounts" table to get their name. You could see who was using it, and therefore who isn't using it.
  4. When displaying the Portfolios, adding the column "Number of projects" shows the incorrect number. From what I can deduce, it appears to show any cancelled projects too.
  5. You were correct @AlexTumber. And thanks.
  6. When selecting "Owner" or "Assigned to" members, the available options are not displayed correctly or at all. Clicking the blue block will select whatever name is hiding there.
  7. When attempting to use the search function of the "RAG status" section of the "Project RAG Tolerance Matrix" the following error is generated. I should caveat that this occurred when there were no elements present in the RAG Status to actually search upon. FlowCode Exception (com.hornbill.projectmanager/entities/ProjectRagToleranceMatrixWeightings/fc_ops/getProjectRagToleranceMatrixWeightings): Input parameter validation error: Non-digit characters found in the element <projectRagToleranceMatrixId>, the expected data type is 'integer'. The value was [] at location '/methodCall/params/projectRagToleranceMatrixId'
  8. Can you have someway of showing all search results by default instead of relying on an end user knowing they have to see and click on the "5/14 results shown" indicator? It's not obvious you have to do this. Thank you.
  9. Yes, I am looking forward to these changes as FAQ management is cumbersome.
  10. +1 on this, I agree with everything @will.good says.
  11. It turns out that the search result was not displaying all the possible matches. I had never noticed it before but there is a little indicator stating something like "5/14 results". I never realised it was there let alone you have to click it to show all the results. And if I didn't, chances are that none of my customers would either. I have asked if it is possible to show all the results as default instead.
  12. Sure thing - everyone is subscribed to that service. I've raised a ticket and included some examples.
  13. It's better, but still not 100%. For instance, I have several FAQ which mention "Outlook" in the title and subject. When I use the search term "outlook" I do not see all the concerning FAQ.
  14. I'm boosting this again as it is very frustrating to our customers when we tell them to search the FAQs and the search is just garbage frankly. Can we get some developer feedback here please?
  15. +1 from me. This would be very handy when someone has put the wrong dates in for a change control.
  16. @Adrian Simpkins It's going to be a mammoth task. I'll let you know how I get on.
  17. Three years to get a shopping cart? Worse than my mum at Tescos. +1 from me too.
  18. @Adrian Simpkins This looks like something I am about to embark upon with our RITS service at our Trust.
  19. This also gets a +1 from me. This is a function which was possible in the old SupportWorks system, but sadly missing in Service manager.
