  7. Not seeing it for all, some report PING failures. The item in container is the root level of our AD. It happily reads the user objects.
  8. Error is in the Console Output. Not sure how to get the job config from the existing job, so what I will say is that it's using WinRM, Dicovery mode set as "Active Directory"
  9. Hmmm - DNS lookup failed. Error: No such host is known on all items (apart from those turned off - no ping.) It did discover the ITOM server itself though!
  10. I've just noticed Our tech guys have not applied the correct privileges. I'm guessing this is why. Replace a process-level token. (SeAssignPrimaryTokenPrivilege) Act as part of the operating system. (SeTcbPrivilege)
  11. Hello, First time ITOm user here. Having followed the ITOM Wiki guide and created the necessary accounts etc. During the initial discovery (using WinRM), the task is reporting " Discovery information probe for (machine name) failed". Can anyone tell me what we could have done wrong here to produce this result?

As I have recently discovered, when making a capture and you have a branch which criteria you want to filer on the result of a "Get assets by type", the "Goto If" will not recognise the name of the selected item, you need to use the "Asset ID" as the reference.   13. Whenever I update the customer feedback questions in the service portfolio I get this message (I would upload an image but getting an error). Error /apps/com.hornbill.core/flowcode/fc_module/xmlmc.js(189): erroX1001: Uncaught ESPMethodCall:invoke: Operational[data:entityUpdateRecord] The specified column could not be found: h_lastupdatedby_userid As a consequence, I have to delete the feedback question and create a new one. No biggy, I just thought I'd mention it in case it's a bug.
  14. Thanks Steve, as I suspected. Instead we have reworked the processes. The analysts were saying that the tasks took longer to do than the actual work behind them. At least now it's doing what it should.

  17. Morning all, I'm setting up ITOM and part of the installation details states - However, there is no default group... So how does one create or establish a default group for ITOM?
  18. I'm putting together some new email templates and I can't seem to get the |empty modifier to behave itself. For example, on the template.... Service affected: {{.h_custom_c|empty}}{{.h_custom_d|empty}} ....results in this.. What am I doing wrong?
  19. Is there any way of emailing the resolution of a call if the BP has been ignored? I.E. human tasks skipped, and basically none of the automation followed?

  21. Sorry to say I was prevented from downloading/opening the v3.0.1 zip file as our AVS (Sophos) says it has a virus in it.
