  2. Hi there, I've looked through the wiki for information about the Escalation actions, Notification text but there isn't a lot to go on. What I'd like to achieve is to provide the escalated call reference. Is there a simple way of including this information in the text?
  3. Happened again today. Weirdly, if I open the link in Chrome it works - BUT...if I go back to Edge, it then works...
  4. That suggestion helped me figure it out - the customer ID and Login ID is the same - however, the accounts which are like that do not have any custom attributes. I have instead selected "h_fk_user_name" from the request table and "name" from the h_sys_account table. These match perfectly and the results are now correct. Thanks for the mental nudge @NeilWJ

  6. Sorry @NeilWJ, I meant there is no data returned. The fields are there to select. This goes for any attribute.
  7. I'm creating a report to collate some information on our customers using the request table and the h_sys_accounts table. Within the h_sys_accounts table are the custom attributes. When viewed in the "database Direct" tool, I can see the "Attribute X" values (one thru eight) are present. When using the report, none of those values appear. Is this a limitation or is there something I am missing?
  8. Hiya, Does anyone have any reports to help identify potential "problems"? I'm keen on some semi-automatic way of spotting a trending issue so it can be dealt with as a problem. It's all well and good for the obvious problems, but it's those sneaky "once in a blue moon" repeat offenders which often get missed until they escalate.

  13. It's ok, I've found what I was looking for. It comes down to a misunderstanding of, well, everything really.
  14. Well I can't see "Collaboration" on our licensing usage. Where is that hidden?
  15. We currently have 36 out of 38 "Subscription Utilisation", however when I want to convert an account from Basic to User, I am informed "The user type field is disabled as there are no alternative types left on your subscription." What's going on?
  16. Off the top of my head, could the (HA) string utilities be used to carry out a search on the variables you need? It wouldn't be pretty, but you could output it to the timeline.

  18. I've recently manually uploaded some assets for printers. On the template, there are lots of fields for things like IP addresses, MAC addresses etc. I populated a lot of this thinking it would be handy to be able to see on the asset details after I uploaded them. Hmmm, is it me or is this information not presented there? I've also noted that many fields are also not present in reporting Could we possibly have other sections for this information to be shown in the asset details?
  19. Yeah @James Ainsworth, that's the funny thing...it never stopped working. It was all very strange and caused our cyber team to get over excited.
