  1. @Ann thanks for your post. The way to do it currently would be through a couple of queries. The first would be to get a list of change request id's from the project relationships table and then run a second query to get all timesheet values for those specified requests, so something like this etc: WHERE h_related_urn IN("urn:sys:entity:com.hornbill.servicemanager:Requests:CH00000182","urn:sys:entity:com.hornbill.servicemanager:Requests:CH00000183"). The more elegant, longer term solution however is for us to add a switch to these sort of time recorded views, that allows you to include time from project related service manager requests. I will speak with our development and product teams about this. Alex
  2. @Martyn Houghton not at present unfortunately. Alex
  3. Yes that's certainly possible. I will feed back the requirement to our product and development teams. Alex
  4. @Stephen.whittle thanks for your post. As you say there is no current use of business processes within Supplier Manager. This will change when we introduce lifecycle processes (as they are in Document Manager) although this is currently planned as an enterprise only feature. Once lifecycle processes are available, we will have the ability to offer the functionality and logic required to automatically move cards across a board. In the short term, the only thing I can recommend is the contracts expiry report which can be found on the supplier contracts landing page. This gives a view of how close the contracts are to expiry, regardless of value. Alex
  5. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. Just to confirm, you're talking about the value field on a supplier contract? I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  6. @Ann thanks for your post. I've asked again for a member of the service manager team to comment. Alex
  7. Hi @Ann, There is no update on this at this current time I'm afraid. Alex
  8. @Ann thanks for your post. Currently the only way to link an existing timesheet entry to an application entity record such as an incident or a project etc is to navigate to that entity record and to open the timesheet section from the right hand side. The ability to link existing timesheet entries to application entity records from the main timesheet form is functionality we'd like to add, along with the ability for a user to add timesheet entries to other user's timesheets. Alex
  9. @Ann I've spoken with our development team and it appears it's only possible to change the owner if you are the owner yourself. It's a small change to extend the functionality to anyone with the Supplier Administrator role, which makes sense, so they are going to add that in the next update. Alex
  10. @Ann if you look to the right hand side of the supplier record you should see the owner displayed there. If you are the owner of the supplier you should see an 'edit' button. Clicking on that will open a popup window and allow you to select a new owner. Alex
  11. @Ann thanks for your post. I'm not sure I understand. You can define or change the supplier owner at any time. It's mandatory for a supplier to have an owner so we set that as the person who creates the supplier record if an owner is not explicitly defined. Are you looking for the ability to update supplier owners in bulk? Alex
  12. @Alisha I've asked our development team to look into this as basic users should be selectable. Alex
  13. @ALIPO Hi Andrew, Try removing the currency symbol from the 'value' field. (so instead of '£1' it just says '1') This looks to be the issue. I'll raise it with our development team as it appears to be a defect. Alex
  14. @Michael Sharp there aren't any plans to change things at the moment but I will update this thread if things do change in the future. Alex
  15. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. Emailing supplier contacts from a service manager request is not something that we've been able to implement yet. Alex
  16. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. In order to associate a contract to an asset, you first need to associate that asset to the parent supplier. This can be done from the parent supplier or from the asset itself. Alex
  17. @Michael Sharp thanks for your post. That sounds like a good idea to me and something that is definitely possible. I will pass this requirement onto our development and product teams. Alex
  18. The update that includes the new '+' link will be available later this week.
  19. @Ann thanks for your post. This sounds like an issue/feature for assets in Service Manager. I'll ask a member of the team to comment. Alex
  20. @Alisha in next Week's Supplier Manager update you will be able to select basic users as well as co-workers for the 3 fields in the 'People' section of a supplier contract. Alex
  21. @ALIPO thanks for your post. We've added a new '+' icon to the list of supplier contracts which functions the same way as clicking the 'More...' button on the contracts section of a supplier (as shown in your screenshot). The major difference is that it won't pre populate the supplier, like it currently does when coming from the 'More...' button. This will hopefully be available in an update next week. In the mean time, if you want to import supplier contracts in bulk, you can do so using a spreadsheet and the import functionality in the Hornbill Admin Tool. For this, you will need the Supplier Administrator role. Alex
  22. @Ann this issue has been resolved in the next update which is due early next week. Alex
  23. @Ann thanks for your post. Priorities for tasks is definitely something we could add so I'll feed this back to our product team. Alex
  24. @Ann thanks for your post. This sounds like a bug. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  25. @Ann thanks for your post. I will speak with our development team about scrolling/paging and the potential impact on performance. The idea of Summary Tasks is to be able to group tasks together in phases of work. You can associate an existing task to a summary task on the relationships tab of each task. Currently there is no way to associate tasks to a summary task from the summary task screen. Alex
