  1. @Ben Maddams Once you've added a contract to your watch list, change the view to show all contracts you're watching. For each one, you'll see an edit icon appear when you hover on that row. Clicking this brings up the preferences dialog box. This should trigger Hornbill notifications and is available on a per user basis. For example you could choose to receive daily hornbill notifications for contract A and just a single notification within 30 days of expiry for contract B, while your co-workers receive no notifications at all. Alex
  2. @Ben Maddams thanks for your post. If you add a supplier contract to your watch list, you can personalise your expiry notifications for that contract. I've just tried it out on a demo system and there appears to be an issue however so I've asked our development team to investigate. This of course is just on an individual user basis. I guess what you're after here is a more generic alert that can be sent to a distribution list etc... Alex
  3. @Ann Our development team have confirmed that a bug was preventing the icon from showing. It has been fixed in the next Project Manager update. Alex
  4. @Ann thanks for your post. It looks like the boards functionality is not enabled on the 'Favourites' view of the project portfolio. I will speak to our development team about this. Alex
  5. @Ann thanks for your post. Are you getting this error from the project manager task, or when trying to delete/complete the task from the right hand side bar? Alex
  6. @Ann thanks for your post. I'll ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  7. @Ann thanks for your post. This sounds like a bug. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  8. @Ann yes I believe this bug has been fixed. If you still can't see the board icon I'll need to get our development team to investigate. Alex
  9. @Ann I will ask our development team but I believe this is still being investigated. Alex
  10. @Ann the next update was pushed live this morning. Your administrator can update now or it will update automatically this evening during your maintenance window. Alex
  11. @Ann this issue has been identified and fixed in the next Project Manager update. Alex
  12. @Ann thanks for your post. I'll ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  13. @Ann The 'My Activities' view is actually part of our platform/collaboration offering and is designed to show all tasks assigned to an individual. Tasks of course can be related to entities from any application such as projects in Project Manager or requests in Service Manager. @Victor I wonder if this thread is better suited to the collaboration app section of the forum? If so, can it be moved there please so that the relevant personnel from Hornbill can join the discussion. Alex
  14. The issue here has been identified and fixed (there is also a problem with tasks that have no assignee). The fix will be included in the next project manager update.
  15. @Nikolaj it's impossible to say without looking specifically at your instance but it's possible that the project has been deleted and it's left orphaned tasks as you describe. This could be for a number of reasons but without investigating further it's difficult to say. Alex
  16. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  17. @Ann thanks for your post. Sounds like there are a couple of bugs here. The behaviour you're describing around the form not saving usually occurs when there is an issue with one of the fields on the form. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  18. @Paul Alexander @Nikolaj We've found and fixed the problem here. It will be fixed as part of the next update which should be available early next week. Alex
  19. @Ann thanks for your post. I'm not sure this is one for Project Manager. Do you mean the 'My Activities' view? Alex
  20. @Ann thanks for your post. We have this on our list to make the % colours configurable but I'd be surprised if it is added in the near future due to other features with a higher priority. Alex
  21. @Ann thanks for your post. This is something that is definitely possible. I will feed this back to our development and product teams. Alex
  22. @Ann thanks for your post. I will ask our development team to investigate. This sounds like a bug. Alex
  23. Hi Ann, Neither of these things are currently possible. A project task can't be shared with anyone either. Alex
  24. @Ann thanks for your post. Priority on a project task is not something that is currently available however it is something that we are looking to add in the future. Project Tasks can only currently be assigned to an individual but it is something we are working on changing. Alex
  25. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. I'll ask our development team to investigate. Alex
