  1. @sprasad @Adrian Simpkins thanks for your posts. We are investigating. Alex
  2. @Philip Hanlon thanks for your post. Unfortunately this functionality is not available yet. I will post an update when we have more news on this. Alex
  3. @Ann thanks for your post. I can't give exact timescales but very soon for this one. Alex
  4. @Ann I can't give exact dates unfortunately, but soon. Alex
  5. @Ann here are some screenshots of the popup that's launched when the chart button is clicked: Alex
  6. @Ann any change would look something like this: (similar to how it appears on a request)
  7. @Ann thanks for your post. Currently, you would need a custom report to do this but I guess what you are looking for here is similar functionality to what exists on an individual request? Alex
  8. Morning @Ann. There are no updates here unfortunately. Alex
  9. @JanS2000 ok thanks. I will pass this back to our development team. Looks like a bug that we should be able to fix today. Alex
  10. @JanS2000 if you are using chrome as your browser, press f12 to bring up the developer tools and click the network tab at the top. Then try and import your supplier spreadsheet. You should see an api call on the left per supplier record. I suspect one of these is failing. If you click on the response tab, can you see any error message?
  11. @JanS2000 thanks for your post. It definitely shouldn't take long. Possibly 1 second per supplier so it looks like there is an issue that isn't being handled correctly. Can I ask if there is any more information in your server service log? Alex
  12. @QEHNick thanks for your post. I presume you mean the 'day' view of your timesheet? If you check the 'list' tab to the right you can see a breakdown of total time by category and sub category but I'm guessing you'd like to filter the timesheet values themselves in this view? Alex
  13. @samwoo thanks for your post. This issue has been fixed in the next timesheet manager update. Alex
  14. @Ann thanks for your post. If you are the owner, or you have visibility of the owner's timesheet then you can delete the timesheet value. Just open it up to edit it and click the trash can (bottom left). There is a confirmation step when you click the icon as this is a hard delete and will remove it from the database completely. Alex
  15. @Ann I'm pleased to say we have taken the opportunity to add pdf and print support for the full asset history while we are refreshing this view. Alex
  16. @Ann I've used the 'owned by' field here but it's the same of the 'used by' field which is also audited. You can see the old and new values, plus the user who updated the asset and the time they did it. Alex
  17. @Ann FYI, an improvement to asset history is currently in progress and will be delivered within the next 90 days. Here are some early screenshots of what to expect. We are now showing an audit of asset to asset relationships, as well as displaying the original populated values when the asset was first created. Alex
  18. @Will J Douglas thanks for your post. Apologies I missed this first time around. Currently there is no update here but I will reply back to this thread as soon as there is. Alex
  19. @Ann thanks for your post. There is still no update on this unfortunately. I will let you know when there is. Alex
  20. @Ann thanks for your post. The ability to assign project tasks to teams is still very much on our list of things to add to project manager. Unfortunately there are no updates on this functionality at this time. As soon as there are developments I will post back to this thread. Alex
  21. @Martyn Houghton thanks for your post. This is technically possible. I'm guessing the business case here is wanting to know how long / be able to record time against designing or working with business processes? This makes sense to me in terms of business processes and intelligent captures. I will forward the request on to the relevant teams. Alex
  22. @Alisha thanks for your post. Yes this is functioning as designed. Alex
  23. @Paul Alexander thanks for your post. We are currently investigating Alex
  24. @Ann thanks for your post. I will forward the requirement of sorting by budget owner onto our development team. Alex
  25. @Ann thanks for your post. What I think would be useful here is a status filter for the associated supplier contracts that's set to only show active contracts by default. When passing a request to a supplier, it shouldn't be possible to select an archived contract so I will double check with development as that sounds like a bug. Alex
