  1. @James Ainsworth, I've cleared the cache, logged out from Hornbill, closed the browser and no success. Creating the task with an attachment stays like the image here - notice that the task is created but the window doesn't close. The same when trying to open a task that has an attachment. Regards
  2. @James Ainsworth, it seems that it's not solved. I've just tried to add an activity to a request with an attached file and: 1) After clicking the "Save" button on the activity, the "New activity" window stayed there indefinitely with the Hornbill symbol running until I needed to refresh the request page. 2) The activity was created and, if I try to open it, it still does nothing. Regards, Alberto
  3. Hi @Steven Boardman. Is it normal that analysts that are following a ticket are not receiving notifications from System AutoResponder updates to the ticket? We noticed that our colleagues are not being notified on these ticket timeline updates. (we've changed the default visibility of these timeline actions to Team only a few weeks ago) Regards, A.
  4. @AndyHill, we are experiencing this and we have reported this to Hornbill support team a few days ago and the feedback I've got is that it's a defect (ref: KE00164271). Hornbill is now working to have it fixed. The fix will be available in the next update. Cheers.
  5. Yes, and this doesn't makes much sense:
  6. @Bob Dickinson, FYI: we are using the "A brief description of the job" as well. Are you planning to make it available as well?
  7. Here too. No access to the "About" tab if the user is "Basic". Was this supposed to be like this now?
  8. Hi @AlexTumber, I've been trying to find, but I believe this is not available. Is it possible to disable the time recording in the Timesheet app on the side panel? We wanted our analysts to record times on requests only. Cheers, Alberto
  9. @HHH, I'm not sure if this might help, but I've dealt with that in a custom button (which could be different) and the only way I could get it working was comparing to values 0 or 1.
  10. Hi @Gerry, We use SSO for most of our users, but we have some users using entity id login ( E.g.: https://live.hornbill.com/hornbill_instance/?entityId=hornbill ) for both live and service portals. Will this cause any change for these users? Cheers, a.
  11. Hi. I'm experiencing this. If I navigate to timesheets overview page and then I choose the "My teams" option to explore each team timesheet values, I navigate from team to team and that's fine while getting each team totals per category chart. Once I click in a bar on the chart to drill down that category into sub-categories, it's fine as well, but then, when I click in another team to see the chart for that team, this sub-categories chart doesn't refresh until you click the new chosen team again (if you try to navigate on each team, one after another, the previous sub-category chart stays there without refreshing). Is this happening with you as well? (images 1, 2, and 3)
  12. @Nanette, it seems that the error is only in Android devices. The same user tried with iPhone and it worked.
  13. @Nanette, I needed to login again with my mobile. I've removed the existing device from my profile, created a new one, but scanning the QR code is not working. Any advice?
  14. @Victor (Offline), I've set this live with a workaround. It's working but the {{.H_respondby}} and the {{.H_fixby}} contents are appearing with a "Z" at the end. Is there any way to take out this "Z"? Regards, A.
  15. FYI, all: If you really need an Excel file generated by one of your reports, the scheduled report sending you the file by email works. Just schedule it to run once and set the time to a few minutes after and you can get the Excel file without errors.
  16. Hi @Steve Giller, is there a deadline to have this issue solved? We need it working.
  17. Thanks @Lyonel for the heads up! This took some time but it will worth your effort
  18. Hi @James Ainsworth. Are there any news about this? Any deadline? Cheers
