Possibly a silly question, but what was the intended difference between the current and active states in Asset Manager?

Should have added the detail too, sorry

Hello
When logging a new request, could a search feature be added to the Service List section, that searches against service name or catalog item. It would greatly speed up the process of finding the correct service / catalog item
thanks

Hello
would it be possible to be able to link documents in document manager to Services?
In some cases, we have documents such as SLA / Charging information, which I would like to relate to a specific service.
thanks

Morning,
Is there any update on this one?
Now that we have started using Hornbill for HR processes, there are more scenarios where people work for us but do not necessarily have a computer, and therefore managers need to make requests on their behalf. Our cleaning workforce is a good example of this, as they don't have access to computers, but managers will be logging requests with HR on their behalf
thanks

Hello
We use an external BMS for the rest of the business, which includes all of the company policies, processes and procedures.
The current scenario I am now facing is that I would like to associate documents documents maintained on our BMS to Hornbill Services, but I won't rewrite the documents in Hornbill, or upload them, because the BMS is the control for the documentation. Ideally, I would simply like to be able to very simply link to them from Document Manager. I'm sure this could be done by creating a new document and pasting the link, but it would be smoother if it could exist as just a link.
Thanks
Darren

Hi
The ability to interact with assets as part of a BPM would be really useful. We're looking to incorporate asset management into more of our process, in particular our site mobilisation and decommission processes where are managing multiple assets as part of a process. Being able to look up assets and update their fields (i.e. 'in stock' to 'deployed' would be extremely useful in streamlining, and controlling process. At the moment, we're relying on human intervention too much, which can lead to mistakes and quality issues.
Any ideas @Steven Boardman?
thanks

Hi @Joyce it is not currently possible to see a full audit history of changes made by whom to a report. I have asked if we could add the by whom to the existing last update date and time, so we have that level, and i have also enquired about a more detailed audit log.
If we can get some traction on these we'll post back here
Thanks, Steve

Good Morning
We have finally activated the knowledge centre on the service portal, and it would be good if when the user identifies that the FAQ answered their question, that this was recorded somehow and the procap finished.
Has anyone else looked at how this could be done, or have any ideas on the best way to capture that an FAQ answered the question and avoided a ticket being logged?
Thanks

Thanks, we can see something strange going on here the user has the Customer Manager role '''Customer Contract Manager''' and has been licenced for customer manager even though you do not have any licences so shouldn't be able to log in.
We are investigating this issue now on our side to understand exactly what's causing this.
Kind Regards
Trevor KillickWe had some licenses which Gerry gave us. We've been testing the Service Contracts feature, which was in BETA, and feeding back on how it could be improved etc... You can see posts where I have been providing feedback on it.
Can access be given back so that we can help continue with testing BETA features, or do I have to now purchase licenses?
Thanks

Not quite, unfortunately. Each of you organisations has a separate sharepoint library. We have c. 20 organisations, therefore I think we'd have to have 20 custom buttons on the form with the way it's currently configured?? I may have missed a trick here of course
Thanks

Would it be possible to add a section links against an organisation, similar to how we added to links to Project manager.
We use sharepoint as our documentation mgmt system, and being able to add links to the various sharepoint libraries that apply to an organisation would be really helpful
thanks

Thanks @Daniel Dekel If it can be added to the list, that would be great

Hello
In Service contracts, when you make a selection using the types or sub types, the filters on the right hand do not update with the numbers of the view. In my example below, we have 173 contracts, 7 of which expire in 30 days. When I apply the type and subtype filter, it still says that there are 7 contracts expiring in 30 days. Would it be possible for the number to update based on the types and subtypes selected?
Thanks

Would it be possible to have the option to export project tasks as a CSV, similar to how you can export the Request view in Service manager?
Thanks

Milestones are missing from the gant chart view, so adding them in addition to the tasks would allow us to view the milestones in a view similar to MS Project etc...

Unable to access Edit Task since Project Manager update

@Steven Boardman I mentioned this to Alex already, but having the 'edit' button visible without hovering over it would be much better. Having it hidden doesn't seem to make sense to me.
