Morning
When using the Impacted Services widget, would it be possible for it say 'No Impacted Services' in the widget when there is nothing to display?
I know there is the option to hide the widget if there is no data available, but that only applies if it's the full width, which we don't want to do
Thanks

hmm, that does look ok though... interesting

and it's a nice and crisp image @Jeremy?

Just in addition to this, it doesn't matter if we upload a 72dpi or 300dpi image, it's always blurry...

I'm after some tips on how to get our background for the Employee Portal looking the best it can be.
We're struggling to get it looking sharp, so I wondered if anyone else had successfully added some to the background without it looking blurry (the screenshot makes all of it look bad, but it's just the background image that's blurry) We've followed the guidelines on the wiki re: sizing etc...
thanks

Thanks for the update and glad it's an easy fix

@Darren Rose I'm trying to replicate this issue but I can't.
Can you please tell me what Operating system do you use and what browser?
Thanks,
Daniel.
Morning @Daniel Dekel

Hi, a small apparent bug has surfaced during user testing, which we'd missed.
We use a widget to display the A-Z of services. As you can see, it splits the services across 2 pages, and stops at the letter I
If I click to view page 2, the Services start at R. What happened to Services starting with J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q???
If I select the back arrow or page 1, all the missing services appear.
If I then navigate away from this page, when I return, it's back to displaying services from A - I
Thanks

We'd really like to be able to do this please - there is no requirement for our users to have links to Hornbill blogs etc... (Sorry)
-
We have a lot of FAQ's with links to documents that are now essentially broken. If there was a way round this it would be really helpful? Having a direct link to the doc in the FAQ is a really user friendly approach.
If not, then might need to consider moving our docs to sharepoint online so that we can continue to link to them in the future - which would be a shame because it moves functionality out of the hornbill eco system

@Darren Rose the icons used in HB are based on Font Awesome icons. There is a gallery you can browse here: https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery
Perfect, thanks @Victor

Is there a place to find the set of icons used for assigning to a service / catalog item etc... that doesn't require someone to scroll through 60+ pages or have access to Service Manager? I have a couple of stakeholders that need to pick the icons they want using on the Employee portal but they don't use Service Manager and it would be a lot easier if I could just send them the set somehow so that they pick the ones they want
Thanks

Being able to select the default view when opening the Service would definitely be really useful, so a +1 from VINCI too

Hi,
We're unable to use White Text on a dark background (which is our company branding) because when you've selected the page it turns into a white block and you can't read it...
Any ideas on how this could be changed, without having us move away from company branding?

Hi, is there a way to change the name of 'Documents' within the Service on the employee portal? We use links quite a lot, which may include links to related processes within our Business Process Management Tool, so being able to change it from Documents to something like 'related resources' would be extremely useful for us?
Thanks

I just found out how to do this part, so it's just whether the font size can be changed at all?
Thanks

Is there a way to make the font size of the breadcrumbs a little bigger / easier to see. General feedback from our testing shows that it's not obvious.
In addition to this, is there a way to change the name from 'company home' to what we call the portal, or to rebrand it with an icon?

Hi
On the contracts view in Supplier Manager, clicking on any of the sort filters, doesn't actually do anything...
Thanks
