  1. @Nikolaj it looks like the ordering is somehow wrong in the database. If you move the milestone underneath it up one, does that fix the problem? Alex
  2. @Nikolaj do you have the milestones sorted at all? The only thing I can think of here is that the milestone with the single arrow believes it is at the bottom of the order. If you try and move it up one, does this fix the issue? Alex
  3. @Nikolaj Our development team is having trouble replicating the issue. When you move the milestone 'Project Complete' in your screenshot down (by clicking the arrow) is it replaced on the page by a different milestone? In other words, does it move the milestone down the order by 1? Alex
  4. @Nikolaj the arrows on the right should change the milestone order. The sorting occurs when clicking on the column headings. If the milestone order is not being updated when the arrows are clicked then there is a defect. I will ask our development team to investigate. Alex
  5. @Nikolaj I can confirm there is no functionality behind the review date field - yet. Alex
  6. @Nikolaj there is no news on this i'm afraid but I will ask our development team to prioritise it. Alex
  7. @stepghg project tasks are also only assignable to project stakeholders. With this bug as it is, it's technically possible to assign a project task to a user that does not have a Project Manager role/subscription. Once this bug is fixed, this will no longer be possible. I've also asked our development team to look at the auditing on project tasks as this also appears to be a bug. Alex
  8. @stepghg thanks for your post. The addition of a timeline is a feature of tasks in Hornbill Project Manager. I see what you mean regarding the popup view when opening a Project Task from the Right Hand Side. This appears to be a bug and should be opening the Project Task view of the popup. I have passed this to our development team to look at. Alex
  9. @Tom Gilbert you'll be pleased to know we are almost ready to push out the next project manager update. This is currently planned for tomorrow. With this update, there are various improvements and fixes, along with Project Assumptions. Project Issues will be the main focus of the release after that, followed by Project Dependencies to complete the RAID functionality. Here is a screenshot of what you can expect: Alex
  10. @Patrick Walker I will speak to the Service Manager team about this integration but the functionality won't be there from day 1 when we push out the Timesheet Manager update. I'm sorry to announce also that the update will be delayed by a few weeks as we continue to iron out bugs found in user testing and prepare the relevant documentation for the big update. I will update this thread when there is more news. Alex
  11. @Tom Gilbert Thanks for your post. Milestones can be added to Project Templates. You can then select a Project Template on Project Creation and the Milestones will be automatically created for you. Alex
  12. @Tom Gilbert hopefully not long now until the next update :-) Alex
  13. @Giuseppe Iannacone We have recreated the index storage so if you refresh you should see it in the list. Can you successfully create a new project now? Alex
  14. @Giuseppe Iannacone If you log into the Hornbill Admin Tool and you go to System >> Data >> Index Storage, can you see the following entry? If not, can you get in contact with our support team and give us admin access so that we can create the index storage for you? Thanks Alex
  15. @Giuseppe Iannacone Sorry to hear you are having problems. This looks like the index storage value has failed to create on install. I will ask our support team to investigate. Alex
  16. Hi Everyone, One of the areas that we are currently looking at regarding Supplier Manager is around reporting. My question to you all is this; what default reports/which reports would you find useful in a Supplier context? One area that stands out to me is the performance of each supplier (features to measure supplier performance will be added soon as we increase the integration to Service Manager), but I'm keen to get your thoughts? Alex
  17. @Lauren thanks for your post. You haven't missed anything. This functionality is currently being developed and will be available soon. Alex
  18. @Joanne if possible, could you make a copy of the business process you are using and remove any sensitive data before exporting and posting it here? There may be something obvious in the config that we can fix. Alex
  19. @Paul Alexander @Lauren this issue has been identified and fixed by our development team. A new Project Manager update will be available shortly. Alex
  20. @Lauren our development team have identified and fixed this bug. The fix will be available in the next update. Alex
  21. @Lauren no problem. When you delete a stakeholder, it does not automatically delete the resource. This is by design. It may be that you have recorded information against that resource (who then leaves the project as a stakeholder). By deleting the resource automatically this information would potentially be lost. As a stakeholder is added, it should automatically create a resource record. If this is not the case then I suspect we have a bug. I will pass this onto our development team to investigate. Alex
  22. @Lauren resources are added automatically when you add project stakeholders (for every stakeholder you add, a resource record is automatically created). We plan on adding different types of resource in the future, not just 'People' and as this is the only type at the moment it makes no sense to have an 'add' button on the resources tab. I'm guessing the issue might be here that you have added the stakeholder and then deleted the resource record? Alex
  23. @Paul Alexander @Lauren let me check and see where we are with this. Alex
  24. Hi @Lauren, thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. When you say add a resource, do you mean adding a new stakeholder? (small tabs on the right hand side of a project) Alex
