@Victor I've just logged it.

Thanks @Victor. I've also just noticed that when I log a call that has a 7 day resolution time it's coming up saying that the target time is the 03-10-2016 which is over one month away. Is this linked? I've checked the resolution settings and it says 7 days too. Confused. Tina

I've not used the search feature before but I've just tried it and I too am getting the same error. I've tried searching for the Service Name and the catalogue name and it eventually comes up with saying it could not connect to the server but it does try for a few minutes.
-
I also spotted this today when looking into something else, and found it confusing as like Dan I would expect to see the date it was actually resolved on, not a date in the future. (Our resolution timers stop after the resolution has been entered) I'd be interested to know when this is fixed. Thanks Tina

superfluous entity record update detected for 'Requests'
Tina.Lapere replied to Ralf Peters's topic in Service Manager
We've just upgraded to 2.31.6 and I'm still getting the error message :-( Rather annoying as I was advised it was fixed. Tina -
Here is a screen shot of an example. Timelineactivitiesdocx.docx

Hi, We have quite a few calls that have activities that come up as part of the BPM - Leavers, New Starters etc. and one of our main frustrations around this is that it adds the activity to the timeline when it's added and then created - even though they appear on the right hand side and then move to the completed area once done. Would it be possible to have an option on the task in the BPM to check or uncheck it from adding to the timeline? On these calls the timeline is a mess and its easy to miss updates that may have been added. Thanks Tina

@Ralf Peters Thank you I'll give that a go.

We are getting this too - I've logged a support call. Also happens during the calls for us too. We look forward to the fix :-)

Could anyone just cast their eye over my comment about and provide any help? I'd like to get this sorted asap. Thanks Tina

Hi @Miro, Checked and all good. Thank you. Tina

Oh cool, this has been mentioned here too. The other thing that came up earlier actually is the ability to change the colour every now and then from the blue to something else etc. Just to keep things fresh for users. Tina

Oh yes I can see that now. Thanks Martyn.

Hi, I've noticed that when creating a new catalog item the progressive capture list isn't in alphabetical order where as the BPM list is. See screen shot attached. Service catalog progressive capture.docx

Hi Guys, I've finally got round to looking at this and I've created a new conf file but I'd like to test it before I apply it to everything just in case it's wrong. Can someone please advise what I need to add into the filter area to restrict it down to one user (I'm not good with scripting stuff). Also can you see any obvious errors? Thanks Tina archiveusers.docx

Hi, I've just been looking at Services, specifically the 'Requests' and I've noticed that this area isn't showing everything. If I look at one service I can see only 2 requests, however when I do a filter and view all requests link to that service I can see 13. Please see screen shots attached. Service.docx
