This would be of interest to us to. In fact it would be nice to know if you are able to resize the image that appears in the middle of the screen. Do you think this will be possible at some point? Thanks Tina

Thank you Trevor. I've had a look a this and it shows how to create filters but not how to create Group Filters. I created one to show all calls which were not assigned to anyone but I can't remember how to do it and if I can add it for others.

Would it be possible for someone to remind me how to add a new 'Group Filter' within the request list. I've added one in the past with help from Conor but I can't remember how to do this again and I can't find anything on the wiki page. Thanks Tina

I have configured the above progressive captures so that Analysts can use them in the collaboration suite (to suit our needs) but I'm not sure how to assign or modify a Business Process to go with it. Can you please advise how I do this please. Many thanks Tina
