  1. Your node looks pretty much the same as mine which also updates the content. Does the person who invokes the update have the right role (even if they don't know they're updating the card by taking the preceding action)? My team have 'Board Manager' role which means all of our automations work even when they don't actually use the Boards themselves.
  2. ugh @AlexTumber its obvious when I think about it! Thanks, all sorted
  3. I opened this project back in May but for various reasons it didn't actually start until today. I have moved the start and end dates of all the milestones and tasks to today but the Gantt view still shows months from April and there is no horizontal scroll bar, which means I cant view the end of the tasks which go all the way through to May 2024. (Note I did delete some tasks that started and finished in Q2, not sure if that is why the starting month is April, nevertheless I still cannot scroll). Any ideas?
  4. @samwoo Absolutely not, I'm always on the look out for other/better ways to do things and well aware I'm no pro compared to some on here, I learn a lot by reading how others work
  5. Thanks @Gerry In my single scenario, yes, that's right
  6. @Nanette did this ever make it forward in the pile? I've had a look just now and don't see a way to increase the importance of an email sent via the Action bar. If I'm missing it, perhaps someone can enlighten me
  7. I think it would make it far harder for them to compare one form to the next form, or the form 20 pages back (also, where do you stop?!) but yes the horizontal scroll bar could be prohibitive. Its just a shame we are using Hornbill storage for the attachment. Lets see what other interested team scenarios are Have a good evening
  8. @Gerry This is definitely a 'want' not 'need' scenario It doesn't need to be in tabular form and yes an IC could do it today, but personally I feel its a better user experience (both end user and Service Manager user) if the tabular input view was available. For one, I imagine 30 rows would take up something like 20 pages of questions once the request is logged and if set, the summary panel would be very long. In this example the Resource would be a Data Query of basic users, appointment type would be a static drop down select box, slot name would be single line text field, slot duration could probably be removed if we're asking for start and end time using a picker as it would be obvious from the answer how long the slot would be for. I do already have a different IC where it gives up to 6 'log more' options so I know its possible to do it that way, the IC is already heavily 'daisy chained' to cater for this. Thanks
  9. In an acute hospital setting, one example of where we would find this useful would be for all our outpatient clinic administration, this is a screenshot of part of the excel spreadsheet that we are currently uploading to Hornbill for every new clinic that is requested, it could be populated with anywhere between 1 and 30 rows each time. As it stands, we wouldn't want to do anything with this data (although the potential for this could be significant) however the ability to present it and read it back in this format would save a lot of attachments and would make it easier for the customer and our team to action. Genuinely looking forward to seeing other examples as I think this would be a great addition, even though I have no doubt its not an easy one to implement.
  10. A bit of a fudge, but we use the CostCenter option under Organisational Structure, we add our VIPs in there and then have a node in the Workflow to add a notice and send a message to Slack if VIP is set
  11. Is it possible to have a current day line or indicator on the different Gantt views, so its more obvious the status as of today. Example here on the Gantt View by Task. Thanks
  12. Just wondered if there is any movement on having functionality to copy widgets please @Daniel Dekel ? Thanks
  13. I have a Change Management Board, and on each card I add the scheduled start date (I use the Utilities/Date Formatter to change the format of the date). If/when the scheduled start date changes in the Request, is there a way I can have the scheduled start date refresh on the card to the new date? Just for info in case its important, my card has a unique key reference for this board as there are multiple cards doing different things. Thanks.
  14. Also just come on to say a big thank you for the additional custom fields - these will be a great help
  15. +1 we use Connections a lot, this would really help
  16. @AlexTumber just created a new Project from template and this seems to be OK now. I have a feeling some of the tasks in the example shown above did not have start dates when they were created from the Template before I updated it, and despite updating them manually once the Project was created perhaps the Summary Task view was not picking them up somehow. Not sure. Will monitor, thanks
  17. I have a bunch of sequential tasks that show like this in the Gannt view: When I activate the Use Summary Tasks button the order changes and it seems the start date is ignored, have I missed something?
  18. In Project Manager, Please could we have the option to multi-select/add tasks from the Summary Task box? There's so many clicks when adding singly via the task itself, it would save a lot of time to be able to add all the tasks to the Summary Task in one go. Thanks
  19. @samwoo Wow amazing! Thank you this has worked perfectly and am grateful for your explanations too as it helps me understand it better and tweak others if needed. Thanks again
  20. @samwoo sorry to ask...where in here do I put the text you have shared above? I have no SQL skills and only brought this together by copying someone else on here. Any help appreciated, thanks
  21. @samwoo thanks I'll give this a go. We typically restrict summary to 50 characters so fingers crossed!
