  1. @Keith and @Gerry I agree with all the 5 points that Keith pointed out so precisely, and i have read the reply that Gerry has done. So I will add my point of view to enrich the discussion. 1. we might have a compromise letting us adding our brand with an addition branding for Hornbill (Something like "Customer Logo" Powered by HORNBILL) 2. give us the possibility to customize size, colors and foreground/background with an additional rectangle layer with opacity/transparency levels custumizable (this might be helpful when the portal background colors does fit well with the mail title colors and size) 3. fully agree, maybe adding some transparency might result useful? 4. fully agree 5. fully agree 6. having the news and bulletin on the top is better and it will be good to have the possibility to set the size of the bar (like small, medium, large, extra-large) Thank you!
  2. @Steven Boardman thank you for the feedback, I've tried this approach before posting, but in this way the request will not be raised against the site choosen from the drop down list, but would instead apply the customer site, which i would avoid. The corporate HR department in Italy is currently raising request for new hired person all around the company sites, i would like to associate the correct site for each new hired person. is there a way to obtain this behaviour? I think the only way is with the default form "select site" or i have to make in the BPM multiple decision layer, but this will result in much more complex BPM than it should be.

  6. we are setting up the SLA against our services. At the moment we would like the sla for internal metrics and we don't want to share this SLA with the customer, yet. My question is, once we apply an SLA to a service and therefore to a request, the customer will see the SLA?
  7. we are using ADFS in our Hornbill instance. we discovered that the logout request done from ADFS against Hornbill instance is not well processed by the system. is there something we can do to adjust it?

  9. @James Ainsworth thank you James, this clarifies me how the system is designed, but this will not help us when for exampe in a site we have 2 or more companies. how can we manage the change in this occurrence? do we have to ask a change against the system design?

  12. @James Ainsworth thank you James. let me give you further details, at the beginning the ticket was raised agains the requester, which was not the affected customer. so the first customer had site called "calderara" and the second one is called "Telford" . once i removed the first customer it's not possible to add back a site.
  13. it' looks like i'm not able to change the site in the detail for an open request. i can remove the site but after that it cannot be filled again, as you can see i'm tryng to add on of the site we have... but there's no way and it stays blank.
  14. @Daniel Dekel i prefer to work with Firefox, but listening to my colleagues it seems that also Chrome as got some issues.
  15. as you can see from the example the folder has got much more non-read items but it olny shows 1. this randomly happens for all the folders (inbox, deleted etc)

  18. it seems like from this morning the more option button is not working in Firefox but it does for Chrome, when i click on it the menu doesn't appear.

  21. add us too, we believe it might be very usefull to have the possibility to raise new requests from the app; also having an app for the service portal will be very usefull for the customer.
  22. so @Steven Boardman if i correctly understand for the moment there's no way to add the attachment from ticket 1 to ticket 2, right?
