  1. I was wondering if there's an Hornbill Outlook add-in available. The idea is having a specific button to recall the Hornbill website instead of using the email (currently our users are mainly raising request via email, so the idea is giving them a very easy alternative) Thank you!

  4. it seems like we are unable to see all the PCF we have, at the moment the variable picker shows 19 PCF but we have more than 30 active PCF, why is this happening?

  6. @James Ainsworth thank you for the reply, I've noted the "automatic rules" setting and it seems to be turned off by default. The other topic refers to a linked request doing updates via BPM to a closed request, I believe we have turned this on by mistake and I would like to turn it off back... but i don't remember where is the setting!
  7. how can i prevent new update on closed request or automatic mail rules being applied to closed requests?

  10. after the last Service Manager Update (1345) we are again experiencing the issue with the My Dashboard tiles moving out of the defined position. Can you look a it?
  11. @James Ainsworth thank you, i was thinking on the same field and you confirmed it to me... we will give it a try. what about a custom field instead?
  12. @James Ainsworth thank you, do you think there is a workaround to "tag" requests' difficulty; at the moment our purpose is to tag requests based on the expected difficulty, so at the same priority level this can help the analyst to choose which request he can try to solve based on the available time he has.

  18. @Victor thank you but i manually closed the only 1 request in error... now that i' ve recreated the missing team the request made before the BPM adjustment, are now working fine.
  19. @Steven Boardman thank you Steven, I believe that at this stage we will workaround changing manually the customer (human task) but for sure the Connections story will come very helpful. I believe I've been already added to the change.
  20. @Victor probably I did not clarify, the task was assigned to a test team that has been deleted (while developing the process i used test team instead of the official one) now i've adjusted the BPM but the opened ticket with the old BPM are now in error because of the missing team. How can i remediate? Thank you.
