  1. even with the settings enabled, we are receiving still the "Hornbill ESP Message Processing Error" we cannot loose any email sent to us. even if not well formatted. Can this be avoid?

  3. I was resolving a Service Request and i received this error, - can you explain me why? - do we have to expect an impact on other requests?

  5. @Victor nice shot! thank you very much... i was clearly wrong and i was looking at the user ID which for us is the email address.

  7. The sender exist as a Co-worker as you can see from the screenshot... is ther something wrong with the configuration of the co-worker?

  9. @Daniel Dekel it's not clear to me what you mean for. most of our user are using the Outlook client and body message is in HTML format. So what we can do to have the same look in hornbill side? do we have to add a formatting style in our body or?!? is there something we can change on the hornbill side?
  10. @Victor all the requests are opened (or at worst resolved) The Flow is usually the following: we receive a support request via mail, we raise a request against this mail, sometime we reply from the mailbox to the user with in copy the hornbill mailbox (the same used for receiving the original support request via mail)

  12. @Daniel Dekel the issue is affecting the received emails. the sent one with the template are fine. also, how we can set the default set of font and dimension when composing from the email?
  13. it seems like our inbox is adding some extra lines/space to the body message. how can we fix this behaviour? the mailbox is hosted in office365 and hornbill is connected with imap4; here are some examples: hornbill: here how it should look/how are sent out
  14. Hi All, we don't understand why some email are not automatically processed while a routing rule is in place: is failing for example for this email (we are replying to the users from our mailbox adding into the subject the request reference INXXXXXXX):
  15. i believe the issue was on the microsoft side... we did nothing and fortunately everything has started to work back again. Thanks for the support, at this stage i would consider Hornbill not be an involved party.

  23. @Keith Stevenson i confirm that we are able to login into outlook portal. also i've tried to reenter the password with no luck. I've opened a support request also with microsoft.
