@samwoo by chance, do you remember how have you had set filtering in top filter bar? what exactly you have set there? if you are still able to replicate then it would be great as I think it will be the key info here.

hi @samwoo, When trying to find source of issue I found that I did mistake in filters, both line I defined as BAU Tasks... After correctly defining filter I'm not able to replicate that problem anymore. Tried different scenarios with and without list, also similar category names - always task was showing in proper line. I checked everything from top to bottom ending on SQL queries... really sorry to say it but can't find any reason why it happen to you.

@Alisha @BobbyB this message could be displayed only if you switch flows. Could you confirm that is not such situation: You have at least 2 flows A, B. You start with A and then switching (continue) to B. And now if user loop back to A->B->A then this error is thrown. I hope I didn't mess here and explained it clear. Could you confirm is not that case and loop doesn't occurs?

@Alisha wonder if is possible that you create a simple flow that will replicate the issue and attach it here to post? Asking for this as the problem should be fixed and I can't find any reason it still exist.

@Alisha I think the fix for looped pro capture is already released. Could you confirm if it work?

Hi @Jeremy This feature has not been released yet to official (live) stream in client application, you can only see it in admin as it was needed to be ready before client app. Entire "feature" is at very early stage and we just started testing it. If all will be fine then next week we should release it to live but please keep in mind that this is still experimental. Regards, Miro

Hi @dwalby, Still unable to replicate. I wonder if it would be possible to check if there are any errors in code when problem occurs. To do it you need to open "developer tools" (by pressing F12) and then go to console. Once you have it open then press F5 and start using portal. If problem happen again and there appear any errors would be great if you post it here. Best Regards, Miro

Hi All, So after quick investigation I think I finally fixed the problem. It will remove any fields values that are hidden and have conditions defined. Otherwise field value will be still there (as for some reason some customers are using hidden fields to put values in custom forms). Regards, Miro

@DeadMeatGF this is the way it works at the moment. There is currently no way of removing "grand children" when parent was removed. Is quite challenging but we are looking into it. Once the solution is found we will let you know.

@DeadMeatGF value is comma separated so it looks like "drive,system,email".
