  1. I have a process that I have been tasked with getting in to Service Manager, this is a Risk Assessment. Normally it would be straight forward, but there are sections that need repeating if the customer chooses but the only way that we can think is to allow the customer to complete the section then have a question 'Would you like to add more Risks/Mitigations?' with a Yes/No answer and if they click yes show or get them to complete another section, but we think this would get complicated very quickly. This would normally be fine if there are a few repetitions but this form can have approx 30+ risks and additional details. How are other companies/institutions working with forms like this, or has no one decided to be as crazy as us? The image shows the word form that people can obviously add new lines to and keep adding Risks, Hazards etc:
  2. Hi, We wish to amend the wording on the site details progressive capture form - the "out of the box" one. We know that this can be completed in "Translations" (as we've done it before for the "Add Attachments" form) - however, we're struggling to find the translation key. Is someone able to confirm what the key is we require - or a list of the keys associated with default progressive capture forms? Many thanks Lauren
  3. Hi, Is there a way to clear child items from a dynamic form if the parent item is changed? At the moment if I select an option and a child and then change the parent, the original child stays as well as the new one. This is an issue as all the items are mandatory but the old child item is now redundant. Thanks
  4. Hi all, I have made some changes to our new starter procap to add in some new systems and permission levels, however once the top level form is selected the procap skips the next two forms. If I click 'previous' in the procap it shows the two forms that it has skipped. The forms are all set to 'Never Skip Form = True' so I don't see why this is happening. Any help? I have attached the procap form. Thanks new-starter.pcf.txt
  5. Is it possible to generate a form (or report that appears like a form) based on request questions? We would like the ability to print change requests in an easily readable format. The current format removes all spacing and breaks which makes a lengthy change request extremely difficult to review. Mike.
