  1. Hi @Kelvin I don't think you may link an asset to a request through a custom form; you need to use the Asset Form instead. Here is more details about what you can set on the request through a custom form. https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Mapping_Fields_from_Customised_Forms Regards Armando
  2. Hi @chrisnutt the issue has been addressed and it will be available with the next Service Manager build. Regards Armando
  3. Hi @Frank Reay this is deliberate, and the reason is because we need to limit the impact on BPM workflows which may be affected by changing other fields. There was a discussion on this subject in the following thread. Regards Armando
  4. Hi @Nikolaj the summary should display the text of the substatus, not the index. I will report this issue for fix. Regards Armando
  5. @Kelvin can't you update the excel file to the required date format ?
  6. Hi @Kelvin in the CSV file you sent I can see 2 issues: 1. the operation state column must be '0', not 'operational', because in the database we save the index of the value selected, not the string 2. the dates must be in the format yyyy-mm-dd, NOT yyyy/mm/dd (there are 4 dates in the CSV file, they all need to be in the format yyyy-mm-dd) Hope this helps Regards Armando
  7. Hi @Kelvin @Daniel if you can send an example of your CSV file that fails to upload (even only 1 asset) we can try to replicate the issue and see where the problem is Regards Armando
  8. @Jeremy are the three groups the only subscribers to the service ? If not, can you please post a screenshot of all the subscribers ? Regards Armando
  9. No worries @Brhow it may happen. Happy days
  10. Hi @Brhow on your filter "Resolved Request Last 7 Days", if you create a chart and select "X-Axis" to "Request Category", then you will see in the chart the number of requests resolved the last 7 days divided by request category Regards Armando
  11. Hi @7oaks can you please try using .H_fk_team_name, with underscore ? Regards Armando
  12. Hi @chrisnutt unfortunately the user cannot add properties manually, so I will report the issue to the relevant team for fix. Apologies for the inconvenience. Regards Armando
  13. Hi @Will J Douglas the issue has been addressed and fixed. It will be available in the next Service Manager build. Regards Armando
  14. @Giuseppe Iannacone which section do you refer ? The report section in Service Manager only report on requests unless I'm missing something. P.S. tutti in buona salute per fortuna, grazie. Tu e la tua famiglia come state ? Anche io mi auguro che siate tutti in buona salute. Mi auguro che la situazione si risolva presto, la gente e' stanca. E poi mi serve la farina per fare le orecchiette, quella buona dall'Italia, e io sono bloccato qui :-D
  15. Hi @Giuseppe Iannacone the asset history only report changes that have been applied to the asset properties, so the device creator is not reported because it doesn't change. About the "used by" option, I will mention this issue for investigation. Regards Armando
  16. Hello @Nikolaj if you update the substate (or un-set it), then you should see the updated value in the list. We are unable to replicate the issue you mentioned. Next week a new build will be available, so if you can wait and try again it would be great. If the issue still persists, then we need to investigate deeper on your specific instance. Regards Armando
  17. Hi @Paul Alexander as we are unable to replicate this issue, then we need to do some more investigation on your specific case. Can you please raise a support request so we can investigate ? Regards Armando
  18. Hi @Paul Alexander we could not replicate this issue, h_custom_34 is correctly populated. Can you please double check that the custom field h_custom_34 is not reset into another question or some BPM operation ? Are you on the latest SM build? Regards Armando
  19. Hi @Keith unfortunately there is no option to exclude only one user from the catalog if the service subscription is no limited. If there is a parent group including all the groups, then you can subscribe it to the service and activate 'include subgroups', this way including all the co-workers. You can then add the co-worker to the service subscribers and exclude him from the catalog. Regards Armando
  20. Hi @stepghg the new option 'Virtual' has been added to the list and it will be available in the next major release of Service Manager. Armando
  21. Hi @Kelvin we identified the issue and we are working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience. Regards Armando
  22. Hi @stepghg currently is not possible to add more options to the location type. I will mention this issue to the relevant people for consideration. Regards Armando
  23. Hi @bernie which entities are you trying to link ? When we link entities in Service Manager, the UI does not let you choose the relationship type between the entities (Connected To, ...). This possibility is provided as an extra by Configuration Manager, which store the info in a different table ''h_cmdb_config_items_dependency'. The legal values are defined in the app setting 'app.cm.explorer.items.dependencies' Regards Armando
  24. Hi @mojahidm unfortunately there is no role to make that list ready only, but I can mention this to the relevant people for consideration. Regards Armando
