  1. Hi @Paul Alexander can you please try reloading the BPM after clearing the cache as we cannot replicate this issue. Regards Armando
  2. Hi @Nikolaj the issue has been reported and the fix is being worked, so its not available in the last update. I rekon it will be available with the next update. Apologies for the inconvenience. Regards Armando
  3. Hi @Nikolaj the max allowed size for Device Name is 64. I will report the issue you mentioned for fix. Apologies for the inconvenience. Regards Armando
  4. Hi @Adrian Simpkins, sorry my mistake, the notices on requests may also be set outside the suspend nodes. May you please post a screenshot of the 'Set notice on Request' node ? Ideally I can replicate the issue and investigate. By the look of the error, it looks like the node does not receive the request ID. Regards Armando
  5. @Adrian Simpkins the bpm operation addNotice is only used in suspend nodes. Is there any suspend node configured in the autotask ? Regards Armando
  6. Hi @LouiseT I will mention your request to the relevant people. Regards Armando
  7. Hi @LouiseT I don't think this is currently possible. Nonetheless, once the request has been logged you may add in your BPM process a node to lock the asset action (Access Control) so no assets can be linked to the request. Here is some documentation about the asset action on the request and the BPM operation to lock the asset action: https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Assets_Action_Item https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_Manager_Business_Process_Workflow#Access_Control Hope this helps Regards Armando
  8. @Dave Longley I will mention this to the relevant people
  9. Ciao @Giuseppe Iannacone Glad to hear that's sorted out now.
  10. @Jeremy if the issue presents occasionally, then we'd need deeper investigation on that. Ideally an use case where the issue can be replicated.
  11. Hi @Jeremy the timeline entry shows that either the user does not belong to the team or the user is not enabled for assignment. Have you checked that the user is enabled for assignment ? Regards Armando
  12. @David Longley no, this is not currently supported. But if you need the list of assets used by a user, you may create a custom filter "Used by -> is -> my user" andthe list will also return the assets shared by that user.
  13. @Giuseppe Iannacone the asset substate is set in the properties h_substate_id and h_substate_name. Of course, make sure that the substate exists; check the table h_cmdb_asset_substate. Thank you Armando
  14. @David Longley I can't remember any BPM operation that allows you to do that Armando
  15. Hi @Dave Longley the properties Used By and Owned By can only be assigned to users, no contacts (see here https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Assets) Nonetheless you may decide to share an asset with contact (https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Shared_Assets). The screenshot about searching for customers, that's a Request customer not an asset customer? Regards Armando
  16. Hi @Jamie Talbot we cannot replicate the issue. Should the issue happen again, please check if there is any error in the browser console. Because the issue happens occasionally, its difficult to see where the problem is if we don't see any error. Regards Armando
  17. Hi @Jamie Talbot have you tried refreshing the list ? It might be a caching issue Regards Armando
  18. Hi @Paul Alexander the issue discussed above has been fixed. It will be available in one of the upcoming builds. Regards Armando
  19. Hi @Gareth Watkins you may rename the substates 1 and 2 to what they were before. Only thing, if you have created an assets with Active/1 then in the asset page you will still see Active/1 so you need to re-set the substate if you want to see the correct label. Hope this answer your question Regards Armando
  20. No worries @Paul Alexander apologies for the inconvenience. Armando
  21. @Paul Alexander I think there is some caching logic that prevents you from loading more assets with the same name after loading the first 10. I will report the issue you mentioned for review. Apologies for the inconvenience. Have you tried searching for 'Token' ? It should return 10 more results Regards Armando
  22. Hi @Paul Alexander the search result should not return the assets already linked. I had a try and I cannot replicate this issue. May you try clearing the cache and reload the page please? Armando
  23. Hi @Paul Alexander if you open the master asset page, in the tab to link assets, the search result does NOT return the assets currently linked. Can you see the linked assets returned instead ? Thanks Armando
  24. Hi @Paul Alexander there is no limit to the number of entities to link to an asset. The links between assets are stored into h_cmdb_links; may you please double check that there is no record in this table for the 2 entities you cannot link ? Regards Armando
