  4. Hello, We would like to update the Status to 'On Hold' in the BPM. I understand that we will need to update the Simple List bpmRequestStatus. I just wanted to check how we should be writing the ‘On Hold’ so the system knows that it’s to go ‘On Hold’? Should it be written as ‘On Hold’ or ‘On-Hold’ with the hyphen? Will we also need to add in an ‘Off Hold’ Status? If so, how should this be written? Many thanks, Alisha

  7. @James Ainsworth When I remove the tick in Subject and enter the email address, there are no results. I have also selected 'Any Date'.
  8. Hello, I'm trying to search for emails that were sent from a specific address. However, there is no option to search using that criteria and there are no results when I enter the email address in the search field. I can see we can search by 'Subject' and 'Body'; please could the 'From' address be added to this? Many thanks, Alisha

  10. Hello, We have a large number of sub folders in our mailbox. Please could we request the ability to nest sub folders within other folders so we can make the view a bit more tidy? For example, we'd like to have a 'Third Party' folder, and then within that have folders for each third party. Many thanks, Alisha
  11. Hello, When I open a request that has me as the owner and then go back to the Request List view, it shows that the request was last updated 'seconds ago', even though I haven't updated it. Is this normal behaviour? Many thanks, Alisha

  17. +1 Excellent idea. We have hundreds of captures and we also have to scroll through other departments' captures as well, so it would be good if that could be filtered/restricted according to Service.

  20. Hi @Bob Dickinson, We are also restricted with the fields we can use because not all of them are available for use in the Request List view. I understand Custom Fields P - T are text fields so they cannot be displayed in the Request List view. That leaves us with 15 fields to use, and we're already using a few in the Details screen!   21. Hello, In the Request List view, we'd like to be able to see which requests have other requests linked to it. Would it be possible to add a column that just shows a count of the number of requests that are linked to a request please? Many thanks, Alisha
  22. Hello, We'd like to be able to display URLs on a dashboard in Advanced Analytics. Please could we request this as an enhancement? I know you currently have the option of showing content in an iframe but we are restricted by the website allowing content to be displayed on other websites.
