+1 We would also find it useful to have Snippets in the updates. -
Hello, We would like to have a pop up information box when certain captures load so that we can inform customers of important information before they start completing the capture. For example, informing customers of any supply-chain issues. I know we could use a label or multi-line text within captures, but we find that this information can often be missed. If it's a pop up box, the customer would have to read and close the box before continuing with the capture. Please could this be considered as an enhancement? Many thanks, Alisha

Hi @Bob Dickinson, Thanks for all your help so far. I'm creating a data chart using the h_timesheet_values and grouping on h_member and counting on h_minutes. However, I have found that it's counting the number of entries added to the Timesheet rather than the total time spent. How do I get it to show the total time spent please? The screenshot below shows yesterday's data. The last entry in yellow is mine where I added time against a Project. It's showing that I added 1 entry rather than the total time I spent. Hello, I'm creating a List of Data Widget in Timesheet Manager and have used 'h_related_urn LIKE %projects%' in my query, but this gives us a result of 'urn:sys:entity:com.hornbill.projectmanager:Projects:332' - we would like to show this in a more user-friendly way, i.e. displaying the actual Project name. Hello, Is it possible to create new Priorities that are restricted to a particular Service? We don't want other Services being able to see (and select) the Priority we create. Many thanks, Alisha

Hi @Steve Giller, so we're not able to use the Variable option in the 'Lock Resolve'? We have a custom role created that is just used to group users rather than give permissions. We'd like to use this custom role to restrict the Lock Resolve, as many of our analysts already have the Incident Management Full Access, so they would still be able to resolve something when we don't want them to!

Hello, We would like to use the 'Lock Resolution' for a particular role so that certain analysts can't resolve a request until a Human Task is completed. (We have created roles - without access permissions - to group users in.) Is it possible to achieve this using a Variable? I couldn't find a way to do this. Any help would be much appreciated. Hello, I don't see the Custom PCF options when creating Business Processes anymore. Has something changed? Normally it would say: Custom PCF (5 Most Recently Created, by title) Custom PCF (All - #) Where # is the number of captures in our system. Many thanks, Alisha

Hi @Paul Alexander, Yes, it works on the screen that you screenshotted, however, when I click on 'Next' to go to the next screen, it no longer works and I get the screen that I initially screenshotted. We could potentially need to check the call history at any point during a call, not just at the beginning. @Steve Giller Many thanks, Alisha

Hello, Please could we have the option in Snippets to add pre-set email addresses if required so that when we come to use them, the addresses are added automatically? This would save human error when selecting similar email addresses. This would only be needed for certain Snippets. Could this even be expanded to Email Templates? Many thanks, Alisha
