Currently when using the Variable Picker in the BPM editor to get values from Progressive Capture Forms, is shows the 5 Most Recently Created, by title. Which is fine when setting up a new system, but when maintaining an existing system, this would be better to be the 5 Most Recently Updated. Can this change to "5 Most Recently Updated" or an additional option in the tree between the two existing Customer PCF options. Cheers Martyn
Possibly a very stupid question but when I am using the variable picker i know longer see Flowcodes as an option. Was this changed to Hornbill Automations at some point and I have missed it? As per above we have set up decisions using the flowcodes previously but when I have gone it to make a change there are no flowcodes option.
Hi, In one of our BPMs I'm using some new functionality to create 'localised' dates from the 'scheduledStartDate' & 'scheduledEndDate' attributes, to use in emails & Microsoft Teams posts. The problem I have though is that I'm trying to access these dates later on in the BPM, in another 'stage' to post another Microsoft Teams message and they are not showing in the variable picker dialogs. How can I persist these values throughout the lifecycle of the BP? Thanks Steve.
I'm using the variable picker (and yes, it takes ages for me too), to put into a custom expression. There is no tree under 'Custom PCF (All)' and I'm a bit mystified where it gets '134 most recently created, by title from' - I'd hazard a guess that is the number of PCF's that exist in our system. If that's the case I'm wondering what's going to happen to my variable if I create another item, and there are '135' will it stop working. I'd like to select 'All' to be on the safe side.
