  1. Hi @Victor, I've had a look at your FAQ, thank you. Just realised that the subject line contains two reference numbers. One is the third party's reference number and one is the Service Manager reference number. Could the rule be looking at the third party reference number first and because it doesn't match, ignores the rest of the subject line? Is there a way to get around this please? Many thanks, Alisha
  2. Hi @Victor, Ours hasn't worked when the reference number was in the middle of the subject line. Shall I log this on the Success Portal? Many thanks, Alisha
  3. Hello, I'm looking to amend our 'Auto Request Update' email rule so that if the subject line has our reference number sandwiched between other text, it will still update the request, e.g. Subject line: Text here - IN0012345 - Text here If I add a % sign to the rule at the beginning, will this affect subject lines where the reference number is at the beginning of the subject? Our current rule is like this: REGEX_MATCH(subject, '.*\b[a-zA-Z]{2}[0-9]{8}\b.*') AND fromAddress !='email@somewhere.com' How can I amend it so that the request will auto update no matter where the reference number is in the subject line? Many thanks, Alisha
  4. Hello, Please could we have the ability to use Snippets in request updates? Sometimes we just need to update the Timeline with some standardised text so this would be useful here. Many thanks, Alisha
  5. Hi @James Ainsworth, Our email template is just looking at the h_summary field. We mapped h_custom_21 to the summary field with some other text. It's showing correctly when the request is logged, but on the email it shows the UTC format again. Many thanks, Alisha
  6. That worked @Steve Giller. Thank you so much! It didn't even cross my mind that that was possible! I was really trying to figure out where to put the 'No Match' and was trying all sorts of things and going around in circles. Thank you again, I really appreciate it!
  7. Hello, We are using parallel processing in our Business Process so that our capture answers will turn certain checkpoints green in the heads up display, and then move on to the next stage when all the checkpoints are green, if applicable. However, this is not working. I have attached a copy of the original test, but I have also tried it with using a 'No Match' coming out from each decision and going into the same checkpoint but this time marking it as 'False'. I am aware that we need a No Match for each decision as per this post: Is what we are trying to do achievable please? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Alisha
  8. Hello, Thank you for giving us the ability to edit fields once a request has been logged, this is really useful! We have noticed that we are able to edit some fields and not others. Are we only able to edit fields that are free text? We have come across a scenario where we need to edit date fields, if the date has changed but it doesn't give us the option. Many thanks, Alisha
  9. Hi @James Ainsworth, This has worked on the summary line, thank you very much! However, when the resolution email is sent, it puts in the date the other way around again as we're using h_summary on the email template. Is there a way around this? Many thanks, Alisha
  10. Hello, I am using h_custom_21 in my capture for a date field and I want to map that to the summary of the request in the Business Process. I have done this, but when I log a test request, it is putting the date in backwards, i.e. 2020-08-05 instead of 05-08-2020. Is there a way around this please? Many thanks, Alisha
  11. Thank you so much @Steve Giller that was spot on!
  12. Hello, Does anyone know what this error message means? It has appeared when creating a Business Process. Many thanks, Alisha
  13. Hello, We have noticed that our requests are losing our 'third party' sub-status when they are marked as Closed. Is this supposed to happen? We need our requests to retain that information because we use it in reports. Is this something that can be changed please? Many thanks, Alisha
  14. Hello, Not a biggie, but we've noticed that there's a 'shared' icon on snippets that haven't been shared with anyone. Screenshot below to demonstrate this. The first snippet has not been shared with anyone but it has the 'shared' icon. The second snippet has been shared but does not have the icon. It does not actually affect what is being shared, but the icon seems to be the wrong way around. Wasn't sure where to put this. Many thanks, Alisha
  15. @Bob Dickinson That's perfect! Thank you so much!
  16. Hi @Bob Dickinson, I'm creating a chart widget and I do now need to show the analysts' names underneath the columns. At the moment I'm using h_createdby, but that only shows their User ID. Is there a way to do this please? Many thanks, Alisha
  17. @Jeremy This would be when the customers raise the request. Customers whose IDs haven't been specified will just go down the 'No Match' and get a different form. We'd prefer it if we could use team names instead, however, as it's easier to manage and we won't need to update it each time someone leaves.
  18. Hello, I'm creating a capture and need to restrict certain custom forms to individual customers using the h_user_id option. However, it would be better to do this by team name in case the individuals leave or change roles. Is this possible please, if not, please may I request this as an enhancement? Many thanks, Alisha
  19. Hi @Conor, I have another query regarding filtering on Sites. I'm using the Get All Sites Data Query and would like to filter it on the site 'State'. How could I do that please? Many thanks, Alisha
  20. Hello, Please could I request an enhancement for the 'Department' field to be added to the Request List Filter? For ad hoc reporting, it's sometimes easier to use a quick filter and export the results rather than create a report that's not going to be used again. It would be handy to search for requests by Department in this view. Many thanks, Alisha
  21. Thank you @Jeremy and @James Ainsworth - I didn't realise this was already there. I was looking under the wrong section!
  22. @Victor Thank you so much, that's really helpful and saved us a lot of time. Is there a way to see if there were any requests with those departments linked? Would deleting the departments affect any of the existing requests in any way?
  23. Hello, Is it possible to request the use of Wiki markup in resolutions please? Specifically when creating an automatic resolution text in the Business Process please? I know there have been similar requests before about using links in resolutions, but I couldn't find a thread for this particular query - sorry if this is a duplication. We would like to insert a few links into a resolution text within the Business Process and make the links look 'cleaner' by using Wiki markup. Otherwise the links are very long. Many thanks, Alisha
  24. This worked very well, @Victor, and exactly what we needed. Your example and instructions were very easy to follow and understand. Thanks for all your help, very much appreciated.
  25. @Victor, also, we're already using custom fields in the Progressive Capture, do we need to pick different custom fields for the outcomes of the task in the Business Process?
