  2. Hello, We have quite a few Service Domains and would like to toggle the visibility of the Domains on/off so we have more control over which ones appear in the top navigation. Please could we request this as an enhancement? We are linking directly to the Domains on our Employee Portal Home page (similar to your Demo site) and would like to hide the Domains that are available to everyone from the top navigation and just keep the restricted (subscriber only) ones at the top. It looks like we can have a maximum of 7 Domains before we see the 'More' menu and would like to keep that list to a minimum. Many thanks, Alisha
  3. Hi @Daniel Dekel, When we make the browser smaller, the background image stays a fixed width and height. Our settings are below. If I change the Placement to 'Fit Content' it only shows a small portion of the image. Many thanks, Alisha
  4. Don't worry, I found a URL redirect! I stumbled upon it when I was switching Domains in Design Mode. It wasn't obvious at first as I was just editing the pages in the Widget panel up until now, but now I know!

  7. Hello, We are using a My Services Widget for a restricted area and we would like to hide this for those who are not subscribed to the Services. Is this possible please? If not, please could we request this as an enhancement? Many thanks, Alisha

Hi @Steven Boardman, We have decided to have the User Visibility set to 'All Users' for all our pages and there are some links that we'd like to share with a small handful of customers rather than everyone because it wouldn't be applicable. If we could add permissions to certain links in the Links Widget based on the User ID or even a specific role, that would be really helpful. Many thanks, Alisha

  13. Hello, We are in the process of designing our Employee Portal and have noticed that the background image is not responsive to the browser size. Is there something I need to do to make it responsive? I noticed that if I select one of Hornbill's backgrounds (any of the below) the image is responsive. Many thanks, Alisha
  14. Hello, We are starting to configure our Employee Portal. One thing we've noticed is that the Description for each Service now appears when you hover over the Service. Is it possible to have the option to make the Description visible underneath the Service please? Many thanks, Alisha

  16. Hello, It appears that only the Owner of a Library can share it with others. Please could we request that Admins are also able share Libraries when the Owner is unavailable to do this? It would also be useful when staff leave or change roles. Many thanks, Alisha

  18. Hello, We are still using the Service Portal at the moment and I was wondering if we could change how many Services are displayed before they get nested in the 'More Services' part please? We have 6 Services displayed in the top row and then 2 Services in 'More Services'. Also, they are showing in alphabetical order. Is there a way of rearranging this? Many thanks, Alisha
  19. Hello, We really like the Request Notices and was wondering if we could utilise them further. Currently we can restrict notices to Team but we cannot specify which Team so all analysts can see them. Please could we request the ability to restrict notices to specific Teams? Many thanks, Alisha

  24. Hi @Victor, I can add the email addresses - one is a user email address within Service Manager and one is a distribution list - but it won't save them. There isn't a Save button - should there be one? Do I need a specific role to save the configuration? Many thanks, Alisha
  25. Hello, Is there a specific role that we need to have in order to update the SLA Resolution email reminders? I want to be able to add specific recipients but it does not allow me to add them.
