  1. Hi James, My original JPG image size was 480 x 95. I then re-saved it to 850 x 224, but still get the same result of it shrinking the image (on the customer portal). I then tried saving the larger image as a PNG. However, when I look at the call from the Request List, the image is fully responsive to the browser changing size. Is there different picture formatting for different pages within Service Manager? Many thanks, Alisha
  2. Hi James, I have tried this, and it works well. Thank you for the suggestion! I was wondering how many Custom Expressions we can have before a Switch Capture, as we could potentially have around 50 on one, and possibly more if new applications are introduced at a later date. Many thanks, Alisha
  3. Hello, As far as I can see, we are limited to approximately 340px width when using images in progressive captures. This makes screenshots of error messages harder to read as the text is smaller. Would it be possible to increase the size limit of images to about 520px so it fills the white space to the right, please? Many thanks, Alisha
  4. Hi James, Thanks for your reply. Sorry it took me a while to understand how to do this, but I think I've got it now and will give it a go! All the best, Alisha
  5. Hi James, Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried using custom expressions before a switch capture, but am still encountering a problem. As we have several apps, I would like to group them so that all apps that begin with the letters A, B and C go on one capture, D, E and F go on another capture, and so on. Below is an example of how I’d like the captures to flow. We don’t want to have all the apps on one progressive capture if we can help it, since we have so many. Is this possible to create? Many thanks, Alisha
  6. Hello, We have a main progressive capture (image 1) that asks for the basic details before switching to another capture (image 2). On the second capture, we have a number of branches going to other switch captures, based on the category that is chosen. Since we have lots of switch captures to add, there's more chance of it breaking if we make a change to the capture at a later date. Is there a simpler way of building this? I duplicated the capture as in image 2, with a 'No match' and used different category codes on the branches, but then it wouldn't work because it put it in a loop. Many thanks, Alisha
  7. Hi Steve, Thanks for your quick reply! That does help! :) Alisha
  8. Hello, Is it possible to change the order of the date when using the Date Control in a Progressive Capture? At the moment it is showing as yyyy/mm/dd I would like it to show dd/mm/yyyy Many thanks, Alisha
  9. Hi James, Thanks for your reply. Having a User Picker would be very helpful. Would we then be able to send an e-mail to the Manager of the person chosen on the User Picker? Many thanks, Alisha
  10. Hello, We often have to send e-mails to a customer’s manager and we were hoping to automate this in the Business Process if certain criteria are met. This works fine if the customer is raising the issue themselves. If the customer is raising the issue on behalf of a colleague, we would need the e-mail to be sent to the colleague's manager automatically. I have used the Co-Worker Search form on a progressive capture. However, this form is skipped when logging a request on the portal. Is there a way around this please? Many thanks, Alisha
  11. Thank you, Steve! I hadn't realised that we could use wiki markup in the Default Value field.
  12. This would be very useful if it could be implemented in a new update.
  13. That's excellent! Thank you very much Steve.
  14. Hello, As part of our processes, we require emails to be sent to the customer’s Line Manager. Would it be possible to have this as an attribute that we can select on email templates to display the name within the email? Many thanks, Alisha
  15. @Steven Boardman Thanks for your reply. When I use wiki markup to alter the appearance of the text as you suggested, the text does not appear once the request is logged. I would like the Label text to show (the part in the Default Value field) - is there a way around this please?
  16. Hi James, Thanks for your reply. Sorry I was not clear. I meant on Customised Forms when adding a field and choosing 'Label'. When I provide a 'Default Value' for the Label, it appears on the form as standard text. However, the questions appear as bold text. Would it be possible to have the option to bold the text or change the colour of Labels if we need it to stand out? Many thanks, Alisha
  17. Hello, Please could we have the ability to change the display of Labels in Progressive Captures if we require it? Sometimes labels are a little hidden because they are not bold like the other questions. Many thanks, Alisha
  18. I have looked at the Hornbill Wiki Markup page and wondered if other wiki markup will be supported in the future, such as the ability to insert tables, to further enhance the appearance of progressive capture and user experience. Tables, in particular, would be useful in displaying images side by side. Or is there another way to do this?
