  1. Hello - We are currently testing the mobile app on Samsung mobiles within our organisation. One thing we are keen to be able to utilise for our teams spread geographically across the counties is the use of the photo uploading mechanism, to upload photos of issues/faults whilst at the scene. Presently, we are experiencing the below fault when trying to upload photos to the timeline and we're not sure why? Thanks Lauren

I have just checked, but the person is available for assignment in all groups so not the resolution unfortunately. @Bob Dickinson - yes, it was this! Thank you - we didn't realise this was the case as we assumed SuperUser/Admin would override all other profiles to enable full access. Looks like we have a good few thousand people to add those roles to (that we hadn't picked up on yet). Thank you both for taking the time to look into this for me, appreciate your help! Lo
  3. Could this be because the team 'Management & Admin' is a team in one county, but the person is assigned to another county as a home company? @Bob Dickinson - I don't know if this makes sense but hopefully it would to you?!
  4. We have an issue discovered today whereby a particular person is not showing in the assignment list for any of the teams they belong to, and thus cannot be assigned tickets. I have deleted their account and remade them, and checked their settings to see whether they are able to action/assign tasks and these are all set to true. The below images show the person should be able to assigned jobs from the Management and Admin group, but they are not appearing in the assignment list. Is there a simple reason why this may be happening to one person's account in particular? Thanks Lauren

  7. Are you accessing through IE whereas you would normally use Chrome or Firefox? We have this issue in IE, and also lose some icons as well so we have asked all staff to access through one of the other browsers. Lauren

  11. Is there a way of getting rid of 'Not Answered' in a flow of questions once a job has been logged? We use a lot of override flags in our Pro Caps because of various questions we need depending on the topic of the call. At the moment, this looks incredibly messy and difficult for the analyst to scroll through looking for the info they require. This is something we are really keen to resolve because it will add a lot of time onto any support call just trying to find the information! As you can see, there are two questions at the bottom which definitely don't relate to cars :P! Thank you in advance
  12. Is there any update on this? The 'blankness' of the box is still causing some confusion as part of our UAT, and is just annoying!
  13. I was wondering whether 'Description' could be added to the optional columns on the request list? Some of our staff enjoy working with the more detailed information than the summary gives (our organisation uses the category titles as the summary - short and sharp!) and so having the ability to pick and choose would be excellent. Also, is there a chance we could get the ability to change the column widths on the columns as some of them don't show all the wording in the line i.e. we have long site names in some cases, and only the 1st part shows. Thanks for coming back to me, it's confusing because I have seen other posts on her (specifically the urgent one yesterday RE: bugs in the new update) whereby people had different information showing on this pop up box; summary primarily. We have the BP set up to assign the jobs to team based on the jobs location - i.e. if it is a town in the north of the county it goes to our facilities team who cover the northern area. Once this has been logged, there are very very few times where the job would be reassigned team wise, but at this stage no owner has been set as this is a manual task (or via round robin). If we were to turn the pop up off, which would be our preference at the moment, how would we do that as you suggest above? Thanks
  17. Good afternoon - Please could I ask where in the system we are able to change what shows on this window? We have the system set so it auto assigns to a team but this window is always showing 'Not Assigned' on all jobs. It is causing confusion for the customers and wonder if we can get this resolved? Thanks.

  19. Hi there - We are looking to utilise the FAQ section of SM to enable us to signpost customers to other areas of our business. At the moment, we don't appear to be able to section off FAQs into subheadings or areas of the same topic which is making the list very lengthy and difficult to navigate. We appreciate the search function should be used but some people don't know what they are looking for until they see it in a list. Is there a way of grouping FAQs together, or is this something we would have to manage differently i.e. having all FAQs for Pool Cars in one expanding box? Thanks in advance

Hi - Not necessarily on the formatting of the columns, but we are experiencing an issue where a Manager of a team is changing their view of the Request List (i.e oldest jobs first) and it is changing the view for all of their staff. Is there something we can do to stop this happening as we want team members to be able to view it as they see fit, their best way of working. Thanks in advance, Lauren

Dan, Unfortunately not, this is not a case of it not appearing on the screen, the only reason we recognised this issue is because a few test jobs we logged went against the generic workflow rather than the specific ones. We also kept getting this error message in the bottom corner, and this was also experienced by @Lauren yesterday when testing together. I've emailed the SwitchOn email account about this today. SR00000367 is an example of this which @Laurenlogged when testing yesterday. The flows have not been renamed or deleted in the Pro Cap flow. Within the KEPSM instance, it is the Facilities - Fault Reporting - Selection, and Facilities - Service Request - Selection where we are having the issue. This has happened as recently as this morning on the 'Electrical' switch capture in the Fault Reporting. This has previously been raised with @Bob Dickinson when he was working with us, but as happened more recently and frequently since. Thanks
  23. Hi @DanielRi, thanks for the quick reply! This is currently #2, when looking at the catalog item, the two fields are empty. I had to refill every single catalog item with the correct Pro Cap flow and BPM. This is in relation to the Switch Capture node losing the information of which Pro Cap to switch to, the box is empty within the node. This then leads to the spinning Hornbill icon because it doesn't know where it's heading. In our instance, we have built a 'Selection' Pro Cap flow which is used solely to choose the category and redirect to a new Pro Cap flow for that specific category. This sporadically loses the secondary flow information and makes it a pain because all of a sudden it doesn't work! Lauren
