  2. The latest build of Hornbill Timesheet Manager (152) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Fix Second performance enhancement to Timesheet Values table to speed up retrieval of timesheet values and associated details
  3. @stepghg thanks for your post and thank you for all the information! Let me take this back to our product team. Ideally, if we can add as many of these fields as we can by default, that will be the best case and still give you the flexibility to add your own data with the custom fields. I'll come back to you on this if that's ok. Alex
  4. @stepghg a new update to fix this issue has just been pushed live. Alex
  5. The latest build of Hornbill Timesheet Manager (151) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Fix When completing activities, the timer had been removed before new functionality was ready Missing translation strings Loading icon not displayed correctly when fetching timesheet values
  6. @stepghg thanks for your post. We'll investigate this immediately. Alex
  7. @Ann Morning and thanks for your post. Unfortunately it's not possible to create reports in the form of a graph at this time. In app reporting is something that we are actively working on within Project Manager. As soon as the functionality is ready we will make it available. Alex
  8. @stepghg thanks for you post and your feedback. 1. If you are the owner of the supplier, you should see an edit button to the right of your name. Clicking this should open a popup where you can assign a new owner. 2. Adding the contract owner to the list of available columns is a relatively easy task. I will pass this onto our development team. Alex
  9. The latest build of Hornbill Timesheet Manager (150) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Fix Performance enhancement to Timesheet Values table to speed up retrieval of timesheet values
  10. The latest build of Hornbill Timesheet Manager (149) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Fix Tooltip placement meant timesheet value description could not be displayed Pagination issue with Timesheet Category and Sub Category Members in the Hornbill Admin Tool
  11. @Alberto M thanks for your post. I can see this being a problem. The related timesheet value entries will remain but obviously the category that they are related to will no longer exist... I will speak to our development team about adding a warning when attempting to delete a timesheet category that has at least one timesheet value associated to it. In the mean time, I suggest renaming the category accordingly and setting the status to 'Offline'. Alex
  12. The latest build of Hornbill Timesheet Manager (148) has been released to live. Please watch the attached Harry Hornbill video for a more detailed explanation on the functionality available in this major updateChange Log for this release are as follows: New Fusion Charts & Config Options when viewing timesheets. Timesheet Visibility. Visibility of Co-Worker Timesheets. Visibility of Team Timesheets. Two new roles have been added. 'Timesheet Category Manager' to allow Co workers to manage their timesheet categories in the Hornbill Admin tool and 'Timesheet Administrator' to control visibility of user timesheets. It is now possible to change ownership of a timesheet category. It is now possible to record time against workspaces and individual posts. Change Updated the 'time viewer' directive for a richer experience when viewing total time against an entity record, such as a Service Manager Request. Updated the 'track time' directive to allow hours, minutes and seconds to be directly entered. The ability to set default categories through this directive has been removed. Entity link icon has changed from a trash can to a paperclip. Managing Timesheet Categories is now done in the Hornbill Admin tool. Chart view has been renamed to month view when viewing timesheets. Code optimisation of timesheet values to allow data to be rendered much faster. Removal of 'Report' link from the main app tile (functionality has been relocated to the timesheets page). Fix Error when creating a new document in Document Manager when the Right Hand Side Bar for timesheets is open. Issues with loading timesheet values on Apple's Safari browser. When starting a new timer in a non GMT timezone, an additional amount of hours were added to the total time. Timesheet values not always returning for the specified day because of timezone complications. Unable to save timesheet recording preferences.
  13. @Stephen.whittle thanks for your post. Try the following: h_end_date < DATE_ADD(CURDATE(), INTERVAL 240 DAY) AND h_end_date > CURDATE() Alex
  14. @Nikolaj the ability to re-open a task is something that has come up a few times now but the problem is the underlying platform doesn't currently allow it. If that changes in the future, then Project Manager will be sure to take advantage of the functionality. Alex
  15. Hi @Nikolaj , unfortunately other features have taken priority. We have a backlog of automated bpm actions that we want to add. Hopefully they will be added soon. Alex
  16. The latest build of Hornbill Project Manager (317) has been released to live.Change Log for this release are as follows: Change New Hornbill styles applied to multiple Project Manager views
  17. @Nikolaj thanks for your post. No this isn't something we are aware of. Perhaps you could provide some screenshot(s) and more details? Alex
  18. @Ann thanks for your post. In the Project Resources table, we only hold the resource type (currently only resourceType.person) as well as the primary key (user id). We have always planned to add additional resource types to Project Manager in the future, other than people. You will need to join the project resources table with h_sys_accounts in order to be able to get the resource's name. In terms of tags, the linking keys are all stored in h_tag_links under the tag group urn:tagGroup:projects. Hopefully when we add some much needed in app reporting to Project Manager you won't need to create a technical report to get this information. It will be selectable in an easy and intuitive interface. Alex
  19. @Ann thanks for your post. Currently it is only possible to assign a project task to a single coworker. This will change when we introduce the ability to assign a project task to a group (team). In the case where a task will need to be assigned to multiple coworkers it will have to be assigned to a group. It's only possible to assign to a single owner (be that an individual or a group) at any one time. Alex
  20. @Martyn Houghton yes the performance enhancements have been tested on large datasets and the workload has also been split down into multiple api's which helps to make things like the retrieval of just the list of timesheet values even faster. There are now 3 separate api's for getting the timesheet values, the charts and the total time lists which can all run asynchronously and independent of each other. Alex
  21. This appears to be a different error. I will pass this onto our development team. Alex
  22. @Ann thanks for your post. This is a known issue that our development team are aware of. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update. Alex
  23. @Martyn Houghton definitely legacy. They were 2 of the original fields if I remember rightly that were carried over from the supportworks structure. When we started with Hornbill that services table only had about 6 columns in total believe it or not... Alex
  24. @Martyn Houghton try the h_itsm_services_users table, filtering on h_rel_type = 'owner' and joined by h_service_id Alex
  25. @Ann hopefully this is something that we will add within the next 90 days but I can't make any promises :-( Alex
