  1. Just to update we are still trying to identify the root cause and a workaround for this issue. Again our apologies for the inconvenience. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  2. @RyanMesser @lokent We are currently investigating the issue any updates will be posted here:
  3. Any customers getting the following error and unable to login we are currently investigating and we will provide an update very shortly. Apologies for any inconvenience Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  4. @Dan Munns Awesome glad you got a solution, we are still discussing the issue of the number of custom fields and the ability to map Progressive Capture Questions / Answers in an email template internally we still want to find a better solution for this problem that doesn't involve messing around with HTML Templates like this. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  5. @Dan Munns If you use a Get Request details node then you can use any of the output params from that in the HTML being saved in the same way as you will be using the progressive capture questions.
  6. @Dan Munns Exactly, if you replace the variables in the email template with the &[] variables for the questions in BPM with the email template editor in source mode so you see lots of <> then you can copy the the whole block that makes up the list of questions and answers into the request update node in BPM and map one single variable in the email template where that block of code was, using {{.h_firstname|html}} format. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  7. @Dan Munns h_custom_p ,h_custom_q,h_custom_r,h_custom_s and h_custom_t are longtext fields which can store 4GB of text so more than enough even in UTF-8 encoding for the 56k of characters you have. Have you got an example of the email template? I can help provide an easy to copy example that might allow you to progress this. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  8. @Dan Munns Thinking out loud which is a little dangerous, could you use one of the long text fields and push the custom questions with the HTML markup for the email template into them? You can use the email template modifiers to allow HTML values inside the variables. Yeah the issue with mapping questions in the email template is the one to many relationship, we have a restriction in email template to not introduce anything as complicated as coding which would be required to iterate over an array of items and output them in the template which is why for now we only have 1 -1 relationships.
  9. @Dan Munns I can go round and poke the relevant team but why do you need each of the questions mapped to a custom field? You can pull the question and answers back at any point using BPM so curious as to the use case for putting all of these data directly into custom fields? Just read that its to inject into an email template... I have bumped the Service Manager team to come and give a response to you regarding the number of custom fields available. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  10. @samwoo Apologies for this, I have raised it with the Service Manager team who should get back to you shortly. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  11. @Bob320 This is not something that has come up yet but we do have the ability to allow different domains into the Options Accept Origin Header for each customer, currently, this is not something we have had to expose for any customer. I will raise this internally to get an answer for you. In the meantime, you can pretend to be any *.hornbill.com subdomain which will pass our CORS checks. Just out of interest other than browsing tasks assigned to a generic user what other functionality are you trying to get from this application? Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  12. Hrmmm Yeah documentation... ill add the example I used for testing but its pretty noddy a new tab in the import configuration called Pre Import actions and you can create actions for replacing and regex matching. I will update the wiki page on Monday when the Admin Release goes out.
  13. @samwoo The functionality is in Version 3.1.0 of the LDAP User Import tool, but to configure the import with the Pre Import Actions a new build of the Admin tool needs to go out with some new UI. This should hopefully go out on Monday. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  14. @samwoo Sorry about that, been a crazy few weeks here. Its still at the top of the list, in fact, another customer asked for something more generic which is likely to replace this. What I am looking at providing is a list of custom fields that can either be from static data or LDAP Attributes which we can then run specific functions on for now it will be regex and they will be saved in a field available to be used in any of the configuration params, so where we currently have [ldapAttribute] we will have something like {customAttribute1}. We then might add additional functionality and processing to these custom fields. It's not to much more work and hopefully fits your use case as well as a few other customers and is not too complicated for everyone to get on with. I will update you when I have some more movement on this, hopefully towards the end of this week. Kind Regards Trevor killick
  15. @Paul Alexander I have deployed a fix for the field IDs being incorrectly incremented internally once confirmed all is ok it will be pushed to live early tomorrow, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  16. @Keith So @Steve Goldthorpe has done some investigation into this, the ability to integrate into Microsoft Flow and trigger still has not changed the custom HTTP action is the only way at the moment. Also at this point in time, it's not possible for us to publish a connector to MS Flow for easy to use integrations back into hornbill due to some technical constraints on what a connector can do, it might be possible to integrate into hornbill using custom HTTP actions in MS Flow not sure this is something Steve can provide an example of or not. Cleaner integration with MS Flow is still on the horizon but requires some pretty large changes our end so not something we are going to be able to solve in the short term. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  17. @SJEaton I have just released a new build of the Admin Tool which reverts the expected behavior of defaulting to Service Manager -> Requests if Service Manager application is installed, I have also added something to remember the search term, application, and the entity selected when you navigate into a template and back to the list. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and we will page closer attention to the user experience when making changes in the area in the future. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  18. @SJEaton Yeah so I am working on some usability improvements on this area now and ill get something pushed out ASAP, Apologies I had no envisioned this area was so heavily used but we will get something changed to improve the experience as soon as possible. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  19. Hi @samwoo Should be an easy enough addition, we already have something similar against the manager field, might be a couple of weeks before I get some time to add this so feel free to bump the thread in 3 - 4 times if you do not hear anything. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  20. @SJEaton Details and registration can be found on our Events list here: https://www.hornbill.com/events/ Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  21. We could add a forum section that's only visible to logged in users only instead of being public, where you can share your reports / BPM or Progressive Captures if that would useful. The ability for the community to share this via something like the App Store has been a long-term goal of the platform its just a matter for prioritizing this. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  22. @Dan Munns Right now service.hornbill.com is unaffected, the plan is the new employee portal will replace service.hornbill.com but for now, it's just a preview. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  23. @Darren Rose An update for Service Manager is due imminently which will bring with it all the updated UI your saw at Insights. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
  24. @yelyah.nodrog The page https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Index_Storage is currently displaying correctly. Kind Regards Trevor Killick
