  1. Hi @Daniel Dekel, We have added the bulletin to a domain page and the widget is using 4 columns. Below is just an example of the text placement. We were wondering if the image could be half the size so there isn't as much empty space. Many thanks, Alisha
  2. Hello, Under Financial Information, is it possible to make the Acquisition Method a Single Line Text field, or add other options to that field please?   8. Hello, Is it possible to remove the top navigation bar in the Employee Portal please? I've been logged in as a basic customer and doing some testing and if the customer happens to click on the bar to go into their profile, for example, there is no way to get back to the Employee Portal as the 'Home' and 'Documents' menus disappear. Screenshots below. We'd prefer it if customers don't navigate to these menus. Many thanks, Alisha

  10. Hello, Please could we have the option to change the image size in the bulletins? At the moment, the image is taking up a lot of space on the left and then there is a lot of white space underneath the description text. We'd like to have the image about half the size so it doesn't take up too much space. Many thanks, Alisha
  11. @Daniel Dekel Any chance of increasing the Bulletin character limit so we can use Wiki text in there? The Wiki text uses up a lot of characters even though we don't actually have a lot of text to display.

  14. Hello, We are using Wiki text in the Short Description on our domain pages. Please could the character limit be increased so that we can use a couple of links here? We know we can use Wiki text in a Text Widget below, but we'd prefer to display these important links underneath the domain page name. Many thanks, Alisha

  22. Hello, Please could we request an enhancement to the override flags in captures? We would like to be able to have a different set of questions based on the time of day, i.e. office hours and out of hours. Instead of having a separate question to ask are you requesting this during office hours/out of hours, it would be great if this could somehow be picked up from our Working Time Calendar.   23. Hello, In our Service Portfolio we have restricted our Request Category Level so that only certain categories are visible when logging a request. Is there a way to manually update the category once the request has been logged to a category that wasn't initially visible please? We don't want to make all our categories visible to our customers, but would need to categorise the request correctly after the request has been logged. I know we can update the category in the Business Process, but was wondering if we could update the category manually for older requests that were using a different Business Process.   24. Hi @James Ainsworth @Steve Giller, With a combination of both of your advice, I've now managed to make it work using the 'Email External Address'. Thank you both for your help, I really appreciate it. However, I'm still none the wiser about the difference between Co-worker and Co-worker (From Variable) and when to use 'Manual' or 'Variable' in the drop-down, if someone could explain that to me please?   25. Hi @James Ainsworth, Thank you for your help. I've updated the process as you've suggested but unfortunately I can't get it to work. I may be using the wrong options in the Email Notification. What is the difference between Co-worker and Co-worker (From Variable) and also the Manual and Variable drop-downs? I'm never sure which ones to use! Many thanks, Alisha
