  8. Hi @SamS, Thank you for your quick reply. I am receiving errors such as the below. I have an admin account so hopefully I have the correct permissions to do this! We would like to log requests that autofill the Service, Catalog Item, Category, Description, etc. Many thanks, Alisha
  9. Good afternoon, We would like to use iBridge to log new requests and want to test this. Please could someone confirm if we can test this within our own instance, or can it only be tested between two different instances? I created an API key against my own account and put it in the KeySafe but when using iBridge in the Business Process, it would not pull back customer details (or any other information) within our own instances. So just wanted to check if we can/can't test in one instance only. Many thanks, Alisha
  10. Hi @James Ainsworth, I have added a stage with just a Start and an End node, but it doesn't look quite right when the request is in a Resolved state. As we have a suspend node after the request is Resolved, the stage will only get hidden when the request is Closed. Hopefully the screenshots will illustrate what I mean. Please could we just have the option to hide whichever stage we need hidden, as Paul has suggested? Many thanks, Alisha
  11. Hello, We have the 'app.bpm.display.skippedstages.hide' setting switched on and it works a treat for stages in the middle of a Business Process. However, if the last stage is not used, it is still shown on the Heads Up Display. Please could we request an enhancement to hide the last stage of the workflow if it's not used? Many thanks, Alisha

  16. Good morning, I know we can switch Service in the BPM, but is it possible to do this manually after a request has been logged? Sometimes there's a need to pass requests over to a different Service and we'd like to achieve this without having to give extra permissions. Many thanks, Alisha
  17. Hello, Please could we request an enhancement to display additional information about assets on requests. We would like to see: Operating System, Model and/or Description, with the option of being able to configure what is displayed depending on the Asset type. Many thanks, Alisha
  18. Good morning, Please could we request this as an enhancement? Although we have re-named the sub-status so that 'Z' is at the beginning, it's still not at the bottom of the list as the On Hold sub-statuses are listed first. This particular sub-status is only used by the Business Process to trigger an action, but unfortunately it does get clicked on by accident so we would like to move it to the bottom of the list.   19. Hi @Daniel Dekel, Not sure if you increased the character limit already but if you have, is there any chance of increasing it again please?   20. Hello, Please could we request an enhancement to the Snippets so that we can specify the individuals who can use them. Sometimes we don't need everyone in the Team to see them, and also, if we are members of more than one Team, the list of available Snippets can get very long. Many thanks, Alisha
  21. Hi @James Ainsworth, Thank you for your reply. When we move onto the next screen, the information disappears. It would be really helpful if we could see the User ID next to the First and Last Name on the Customer line, like it was for us in PC1. Many thanks, Alisha
  22. Good morning, In PC1, the handle was used as part of the customer's details when logging a request. Our handles contained the customer's First Name, Last Name and User ID, and we relied on seeing the User ID when logging a request. Now this is no longer there in PC2. Please could we request that the handle is displayed again, or if not, please could the User ID be displayed? Many thanks, Alisha
  23. Good afternoon, Please could we request an enhancement to use the On Hold functions without stopping the SLA. This would be very helpful to us when managing our Third Party requests. For example, if we set the sub-status to 'Third Party' and add a chase/follow up date, we can use this to filter our queue so the request only appears back in the queue on the date specified without stopping the SLA on the Incident.
