  1. We make use of Workpspaces quite extensively to keep coordinated, record meeting and actions. This means we will often have multiple notifications within a single workspace appearing in the notification bell at the top. At the moment the behaviour is that when you click on the blue link within the notification is takes you to the whole of the workspace, which then results in all notifications of updates within the workspace being dismissed. Can I ask that the Workspace notifications include a link to the individual post that triggered the notification, that way only the notification for updates on the same post would be cleared and you can then return to the notifications to view the other updates post by post. Cheers Martyn
  2. One of our teams who we are looking to migrate over from 'Desk', have asked if there can be an option to colour code the whole timeline post based on its visibility, so it is clearer which are visible to the customer and which are internal, rather than just the colour of the visibility value. Example below from 'Desk' where white posts are customer visible and the yellow background ones are internal. Cheers Martyn
  3. Hi, is it possible to copy a post created in a request timeline to a workspace? If not, could it be possible via the "more action" menu on the post? The reason I ask is because many of our analysts follow each others' request. Taking it a step further, I would like them to share with their teams the stuff they learned or found interesting on a workspace. Thanks!
  4. Hi eveybody, is there a way to delete a post (generally speaking) especially into a workspace? thank you
  5. Though most of our workspace posts we would want to retain, there are some that are only useful at the and are no need to be retained in the long term. For example posts advising the team of rota changes, people of sick, people on site this week etc, do not need to be retained. Therefore it would be useful to have the ability to set an expiry date and time on an individual post, which would mean that it is deleted automatically once the specified period has passed. Cheers Martyn
  6. Though you can edit your 'Comments' in a workspace after submitting them, you do not appear to have the ability edit your own 'Post'. Is there a reason for this or is this just something that has yet to be implemented? Cheers Martyn
  7. When inserting a link into a workspace post or comment linking to another workspace post, this is not interpreted like links to requests with a shortened link/preview. Is it for support for this to be added? Cheers Martyn
  8. As you are not able to edit a post on a workspace once it has been posted, it would be good to have a preview option to allow you to see the content as it will be displayed, especially when you are using the markup formatting. https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Wiki_Markup Cheers Martyn
  9. At the moment in a Workspace Post, Question, Comment or Answer you can only paste in or attach a single image/file. Is there any plans to support multiple images/files? Cheers Martyn
