Hi
Can you confirm if each of the apps metadata on Azure has a different signing certificate and the rest of the metadata is the same across each of the apps? How do you configure this currently in Hornbill? I presume you cannot be using the metadata URL and are importing the signing certificates from the 3 apps manually into the SSO profile in Hornbill.
Thanks

We are planning to expand the show button if.. feature in the custom buttons to add the option to show buttons based on the users role or group and to make the building of more complex expressions using AND and OR possible. This is currently in the pipeline for development so should be available in the near future
Thanks

Hi,
You can specify the column within the lane by using the Lane Column option of the add to board operation, this should be supplied as a number which 0 indicates the first column, 1 the second etc. If you don't specify the column it will always be added to the first column in the lane
Thanks

Hi @Luke

Hi @Luke
You can view the Reply URL if you click the metadata button at the top of the SSO Profiles page in the admin tool, can you check if it matches the Reply URL in you identity provider?

I can display the tooltip in the dialog if no label is present so that it will be easier to see in what the button is in this popup, will add this for next core release

Hi,
The right hand panel on the document details page should show who has locked the file, only they will be able to unlock it, however the it should be possible to download the document even if it has been locked.
Thanks

More info on configuring the Identity Provider can be found here:
https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Single_Sign_On_with_SAML_2.0#Configure_your_Identity_ProviderI'm not really able to advise here as all the identity providers work differently and I don't have experience with them

Yes, the mobile Catalog metadata will save as mcatalog.xml, the others will be live.xml, admin.xml, service.xml, and customer.xml. This is just the default name it can be changed when you save.

Hi @John C
This is the SSO metadata being displayed in the browser, you can download it by right clicking on it and clicking save as... or pressing ctrl+S
Thanks

Hi @Smurfy
As I understand you want to able to hide custom buttons so that only certain users can see it, currently you can hide the buttons depending on the data on the request but there is no option to hide it based on the actual user who is viewing the button, is that correct? Unfortunately it is not possible at the moment and I do not think we will be able to add it soon but will keep this in mind as a possible feature in the future.
Thanks

Should be able to add filters for Show in User Library List and Show in Customer Portal Library List, and I can also add a filter to show only libraries you own, hopefully that will help. Adding a filter for a specific owner will be a bit more complex so may need to come at a later date if needed

You are correct it is to do with the timesheet widget in the Right hand panel, thanks to your suggestion I have now been able to replicate and we look at creating a fix for this issue
Thanks

Sorry, the wiki markup needs to be applied line by line and won't work if you do if over multiple lines. The opening and closing span tags need to be on the same line, so would need to be something like
<span style="font-size: 11px">'''Summary:''' Test summary</span>
<span style="font-size: 11px">'''Service:''' Test service</span>

Hi @Berto2002
The cards support wiki formatting and its possible to adjust the font size with this e.g. if you surrounded the card content with:
<span style="font-size: 11px">...</span>in your bpm node this should reduce the size, see here for more info about wiki markup

I'm unable to replicate either, one possibility would be if the user didn't have permissions to view the post however if refreshing the page makes the post appear that wouldn't seem to be the problem? I will look to improve the error handling here to see if that can help identify the problem

Hi
This means the Id your identity provider is sending doesn't match any user Ids in Hornbill, either the user doesn't have an account or the wrong identifier is being sent. More info about this problem here https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Single_Sign_On
Thanks

Hi @Gary@ADL
Sorry we missed this, we are currently trying to update the documentation with Microsoft as the details there are out of date.
The metadata is available to download in the admin tool under System > Security > SSO Profiles but I don't think its possible import this in O365, the pattern for the entity Id and Reply Url is as follows.Entity Id: https://sso.hornbill.com/[INSTANCE NAME]/[STREAM]
Reply Url: https://[API DOMAIN].hornbill.com/[INSTANCE NAME]/xmlmc/sso/saml2/authorize/user/[STREAM]So for example in your case this would be:
https://sso.hornbill.com/alexanderdennis/live
https://mdh-p01-api.hornbill.com/alexanderdennis/xmlmc/sso/saml2/authorize/user/liveThanks

Do you have SAML login setup for your instance? I think the logout is probably redirecting back to the identity provider after logout and then that is automatically logging you back in, will have a look to see how we can handle this better
Thanks

Thanks

We have had some reports of SSO issues since the last update, we have now implemented a patch which we believe should fix the problem. Can you let me know if you're still having the issue
Thanks
