query? Trying to restrict length of string with RegEx
Kelvin replied to Martyn Houghton's topic in Progressive Capture
@Martyn Houghton In one of our form we use ^.{1,30}$ I am not sure what the $ does but it then seems to work -
@ArmandoDM Can I ask why the option in the field chooser allows you to list the assets if you can't map them back.
-
@Steven BoardmanPerfect that worked, Thanks for your help on this today, much appreciated.
-
@Steven Boardman I have just sent you a message with the BPM definition. I think its a standard BP that uses a Hornbill Automation > Hornbill Service Manager > Application > Timer > Mark Response Time With these new SLAs is there a different node to stop the response timer?
-
@Steven Boardman We are using the new configuration. I have set up a Service Level Agreement. Added rules and linked services. I can start the response timer in the BPM and this displays correctly on the request. However when I use the auto task to Mark Response Time it displays the error.

I have been playing around with SLAs and have been able to start a response timer but get the below when trying to stop it. ========================================================================================================================================= Transaction Id: 20dd72b727a74eff96a850bc2fe99667 Timestamp: 2020-06-09 09:40:05Z Node/Process: mdh-p01-node4 / Esp.wshft.ServerService (processId=8248) Request Type: xmlmc Request Name: apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/bpmOperation/markRequestResponseTimer (time taken: 134057uS) API Result: failed Session/User ID: U2020060947054358 / kesout ----------------------------------------------------------------< Log >------------------------------------------------------------------ 0.008114s [INFO]:[GENERAL] Invocations (52ef0f01-dcbf-49c9-9777-5214c2044098): apps/com.hornbill.servicemanager/bpmOperation/markRequestResponseTimer 0.012352s [INFO]:[PROFILE] Method Call: apps::markRequestResponseTimer (6410085483) 0.040503s [INFO]:[SECURITY] Session cloned. Any Ideas?

Was there any ideas on this?

I have a Human task that contains a checklist and also uses capture task fields The next automated task users this variable to assign the request &[functions.getTaskAnswers("task-c80f9bbe").TeamAssignment] however this doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?
-
When creating a custom PCF I have used a field with a dynamic drop down - Data Query - Get All Assets. What Field ID do I need to use so that the Asset is associated to the request. When I open the request there is no asset fields
-
@Steven Boardman So I have narrowed it down and can now say that it doesn't work if you link a request form directly from a bulletin, we were trying to publicise a new form. If I link the bulletin to the Catalog and then click the item then the cancel does work as intended.
-
@Tina.Lapere When you then click Yes what happens? ours just stays on the form to log a request and not go back to the portal page

Its been a while since I created Custom forms and I am sure it was possible but I would like to add images onto a custom from. I have tried using the wiki markup [[file path]] but it only displays as a link. Can someone point me in the right direction please
-
We have been working on our portal and have noticed that if you start to log a request the cancel button at the top doesn't do anything.

h_summary h_Summary Field in PCF's on the Employee Portal
Kelvin replied to Jeremy's topic in Employee Portal
We were only talking to Dan about this yesterday. @Steven Boardman are we looking to have this resolved within the next couple of weeks? -
@ArmandoDMI think it will be point 1 as excel seems to change the date format each time and we have to change in the csv. Thanks for looking at it, I will post back when I get chance to upload another batch.
-
So I have just tried to run the import this morning and although I get the error the asset is now appearing in Asset Manager.
-
-
@James Ainsworth CSV upload within the Asset Management app.
-
I am receiving the following error shen trying to upload assets via a CSV file any ideas? EspMethodCall::invoke: Operation[data::entityAddRecord] A database or query error occurred while inserting the primary record data into the database
-
Hopefully a quick question. Can you assign an SLA to an asset. We have a range of assets that are highly critical in the hospital. These are shared between multiple sites/departments so would not be appropriate to be customer based.
-
@Steven BoardmanPerfect it was the more options part that I had missed.
-
@Steven Boardman Thanks, I have managed to do this for the Users but where do I assign a page owner for the basic user company page.
