  1. Our LDAP has stopped working and im not sure why. I have checked the credentials both in Hornbill and local AD account. Even tried a new API key. Has anyone come across this error before and can offer any suggestions.
  2. @Gerry Good Morning, Later this year we will be looking to implement a Live chat solution and looking at offerings both within Hornbill and 3rd parties. This thread has sparked a question. Currently we deal with a lot of remote site where we have potential firewall issues, many of these are not able to be fixed at first contact and we have to find ways to capture a screen shot and send this into us and passed onto our 3rd line teams. Can I ask if a customer took a screen shot and attached it through a live chat session, The session would need to be raised into a ticket would this be available to our 3rd line teams or would they need to also have a live chat license? Thanks
  3. This may have been happening for a while but we have just noticed that it is possible to select the Service title during PRO CAP in the service list. This causes issues as there is not PRO CAP for the service title. User Security is the Service which seems to be selectable but then finishes without collecting further information.
  4. Is it possible for a BPM to base a decision on the supplier of an asset selected by the customer during logging a request. We have a number of devices supported by a 3rd party that we would like to automate some tasked based on this.
  5. @James Ainsworth Thank will log a ticket
  6. Since we migrated to using the new Boards Manager we have noticed a number of old requests although are assigned to owners do not show this on there cards and are not shown when filtered to that owner. with the number of requests this is making life very difficult.
  7. Can Customers see their own change requests (Where they are set to Customer) through the self service portal? If I search for the reference number I get it also does not appear in the requests widget
  8. @Daniel Dekel Thank you that option does the trick.
  9. Hi @Daniel Dekel Sorry let me change the page to show the headers etc. Link widget covering 4 columns Link widget covering 3 columns (The whitespace is the same if I select 1 or 2 columns) The only change is to the number of columns used
  10. Hopefully a quick issue. When placing a widget on a page there seems to be scaling issues if we change the amount of space we want it to fill (e.g. 3 out of the four columns) Links set to use 4 columns. Links set to 3 columns, there is a large amount of white space before the next widget
  11. @Gerry No we have only used your offerings, the Service Manager offering was ok, but the new Boards give so much more visibility and I really like the additional functionality with Tags and time elements. We have lots of plans going forward to drive improvements especially around monitoring SLAs, CAB processes and general visibility of Requests.
  12. @GerryThank you for the prompt response. That makes perfect sense. I have received a lot of positive feedback about the board manager app so am glad we have the option.
  13. @EhsanAfter months of prep I migrated our Change process over to the new boards on Monday and have spent the last 2 days making changes. To now see this is slightly frustrating. Are you able to give reasons why this is the case and does this mean that the new Boards Manager will be removed? Also what is happening with all the new features will they be updated onto the old Service Manager Boards?
  14. @Steve G I think thats Task Scheduler but will check in the morning and check the log folder permission. Its strange that I can run the command from a CMD prompt as the account that runs the scheduled task without error and the Hornbill log file is complete.
  15. From the 04/02/2022 our LDAP Scheduled task stopped working. This includes "run now". If I copy the action into a command prompt it works correctly. We have checked accounts, any patches being applied, rebooted server. Tried the later version of the LDAP tool. Scheduled task said that the task is complete with return code (0x64) Any ideas
  16. @Paul Alexander I have tried that and it doesn't seem to make any difference.
