  4. Hi What does the 'feedback' rating refer to when you are logging a ticket for a User? (see attached screenshot) This user has left feedback on tickets, and I was expecting to see that reflected here, as maybe an average score of the feedback they had left for example. Thanks Darren
  5. Hi When creating a board for Activities, you cannot add a condition for the Owner, only the assigned to. It would be great if owner could be a condition that could be used. i.e. I may be the owner of an activity, but have assigned it to an analyst. However, when I assign it, I lose visibility of the activity in my board view, which isn't ideal. Can Owner be added as a condition? Thanks Darren

  7. Thank you for the reply @trevorharris Being able to search the Knowledge base on the old Supportworks, using the ticket summary, was a very useful feature and I was hoping there would be a way to replicate the functionality on Service Manager. Regards Darren
  8. Hi has anyone successfully been able to create a custom button on Incidents or Service Request forms that searches Document Manager using either the summary or description of the ticket? Thank in advance regards Darren
  9. @Mohamedand @samwoo I would just like to add that we are also really interested in these developments too. Being able to remove the drop shadow, and have more control over the text etc... would be great. Also, it would be really handy to be able to remove the gradient that is automatically overlayed too.
  10. Hi Is it possible to create links in FAQ's that open up in a different browser. The current scenario we have is this; We use Chrome or the Self Service Portal, as recommended. However, we need to include a link to webpage that uses Silverlight, which means it cannot be used in Chrome. Therefore, when people click on the link they get an error message relating to Silverlight being used in Chrome. Is it possible to set the browser to use as part of link? thanks Darren
  11. Indeed. Favorites are great once people have done it, and seen all of the services available. However, we think that people will miss services because they won't click on 'more services'
  12. Thanks, Chaz. It was raised as a possible concern by our committee that cover inclusion and disabilities. For now, we will stick to using dark backgrounds, but having the option to change this going forward will be extremely helpful thanks Darren
  13. Is it possible to have the list of services on the service portal expanded by default, rather than having to click 'more services'? Thanks Darren
  14. Hello, is there a way to remove the drop shadow from the text that appears on the bulletins in the Service portal? It has been raised as an issue for users with possible eye sight difficulties. Ideally I would like to turn the drop shadow off, but this doesn't appear to be an option Thanks Darren
  15. Hi Has anyone been able to use Advanced Analytics to report on the 5 star feedback ratings? I can create a standard report using the h_rating column, but this does not appear to be available when creating measures in Advanced Analytics. Thanks Darren
