  1. Thanks, Alex. Being able to change the wording of the titles would help with using the same terminology we already use and avoid some confusion
  2. Hi, on My Project Risks, is it possible to add a PM as a drop down along the top. We can currently sort by PM, but having the filter option would be great. Also, is it possible to make the titles 'My Projects' and 'My Project Risks' editable under the translation mode? Thanks

  4. Tags could prove useful for some fields, definitely. Reporting against them is key so that we can visualise our portfolio using PowerBI.
  5. i.e we like to track our projects against business strategies that they support, so that would be a list that we would pre-populate and the PM's would select.
  6. Hi, it's about different types of metadata for each report, the majority of which will be freetext but some will also be list.
  7. Hi @alextumber are there any updates on custom fields being available in the project? We're still having to partially manage a separate dataset outside of Hornbill and it would be good to have this information included in Project Manager. Thanks Darren

  9. Good morning, when trying to resolve a task we're all getting the following error this morning. Is this something which is known about or should I log a support request for it?
  10. Hi at the moment, if you create a task but forget to add the dependant task, there is no way of being able to add it once the task is created. Can this be changed? We often add new tasks and might need to retrospectively add a dependency which we cannot do at present thanks
  11. Hi Would it be possible for the task to display the Project name / Ticket Summary, when viewing it in board view. As you can see, when looking at the task list, it's hard to know which tasks relate to which project, because it doesn't display the name thanks
  12. Hi I realise the feature is in BETA so may not work yet, but am I missing something when trying to add a service contract? The option to add contract is 'greyed out' and there is no 'type' to select Thanks darren
  13. @Gerry I didn't get any comms about the change session on April 16th. Can you confirm the details?
  14. Hi @Gerry I like the idea of a second day, but appreciate that you need the numbers to make it viable and that not everyone can make it due to travel costs etc... The smaller sessions sound like a great idea, and given the close proximity of your offices, we'd certainly look to attend in person. Thanks Darren
  15. Hi @alextumber Just thought I'd bump this one up If we could add a category to project tasks, and include that in the tasks in the Project Templates it would be a big help. We are generating more activities across the different processes - change approvals, project tasks, SR activities etc... and being able to create views in your activities board using the category would be a real time saver for us. Thanks

  17. This is great. We have run into a small practical issue with the latest update, whereby we cannot change the owner of a task, but only the assignee. Due to the issue we had with the ibridge, we had to hardcode a PM into ibridge, and change it after the project was raised. Since the updated version was released, we cannot change the owner of the tasks so they're now all owned by the default PM... does that make sense?
