  1. Hi Would it be possible to have boards included as part of the project template? If this also linked to the task we created as part of the template then that would be good too. i.e. when creating the task in the template, we can also pick if it goes to the board plus lane assignment thanks
  2. I do think that Bulletins should have more prominence. Our service catalogue is fairly large, which means that on most screens the bulletin is not visible without scrolling down. If the bulletin was placed at the top and dynamic i.e. the bulletin only shows if we choose to publish something, but if nothing is published then there isn't a bulletin displaying, then that would be good.
  3. @Gerry I mentioned this with Abdi at insights, and he suggested putting it on the portal. I wasn't sure where it should sit so thought I'd put it under general chat for now... For our intranet, we use a Tool called inline manual. It allows up to add tooltips to pages, create walkthroughs and interactive training guides. Have hornbill considered something similar? My initial thoughts are that it will be a great feature to make available as part of the portal, where hornbill customers could create their own branded walkthroughs for people using the portal. Guide them through how to log a request, or how to check status of their active requests etc... It's more interactive than creating accompany user guides or setting up training sessions, especially when there is a large user base.   6. thanks, @alextumber Just to give some context... We would use a board for a service, and the service owner would be able to display projects, MI's, Problems, activities etc... all related to running of the service.

  8. Thanks @Lyonel It makes sense for the most useful FAQ to be at the top, but when you're adding new FAQ's to the bottom of a list of FAQ's that already have 100+ views, it's not really practical Hopefully @James Ainsworth or @Steven Boardman have some ideas about how we could improve FAQ mgmt
  9. Hello Can it be made possible to change the order of the FAQ's? We uploaded a lot of FAQ's when we first started last year and we're now adding new FAQ's, but they naturally appear at the bottom of the list, where as we would like to move them up the list to improve their visibility Also, if it's possible to change the column size when viewing the faq's in service manager that would help because you can't even see the full title. Being able to see the answer as well in this view would really help too. thanks Darren
  10. Hello How are requests added to global boards? From the request there is the option to add to service manager boards, but not the option to add to global boards. When I set the boards up, I had all options ticked for what can be added thanks Darren

  12. Would it be possible to minimise a widget, if there is nothing relevant for that day? i.e. if I have no approvals today, I can minimise the widget, creating more space for other information, without having the go into the configure options and make it smaller? Thanks

  14. Good Morning Gerry. Well done on a really good Insights 2018 event. I was so keen to look at the 'My services' this morning, I even got in early to test it out. However, it doesn't look how it did yesterday at the demo, and is basically the same as the existing portal but without the banner Are we missing anything? Thanks Darren

  18. Hi @alextumber piggy backing on this one slightly, is it possible to increase the number of tasks visible on a page from 10? Ideally as a custom number in app settings maybe? I think we're averaging about 5-6 pages of tasks at present so being able to display more on the page would really help

  21. Yes, absolutely. If it could be done like that across risks and the tasks that would be great. As a quick aside, If it's possible to add the weighting and impact the risk view too, then that would be really good as well.
