  5. Good Morning, Would it be possible to add boards to project templates? I've setup a kanban style on a project to manage tasks, as per the below screenshot, but being able to add this is as part of the project template, including being able to assign templated tasks to the board and lane as part of the template, would be very useful. Using boards to assign tasks using the drag and drop feature is so much easier than having to open the tasks and change the assignee etc... Thank you Darren

  7. Hi I would like to report on the TAGS associated to a project. I've tried a few different ways this morning, but currently coming up short, so thought I'd reach out to the forum. I need to be able to do it as a report so that I can then use it in PowerBI. Thanks Darren

  12. @Paul Alexander are our summaries added after the ticket has been logged, so therefore adding to the board at this point is before the summary is populated?? Make sense??
  13. @Ryan that's ok. It did have a summary at point of logging. What I've just tested is that if I add a ticket to a board from the ticket interface, it displays the summary. However, if I add it to the board when I'm logging it (as in the screenshot), then it doesn't.

  16. Hi When an Incident or SR is added to the board, can the card also display the summary? At the moment it's just the reference number, and having the summary visible would make visual management much easier thanks

  18. @Lyonel appears it was just notes that couldn't be moved freely - cards you can Hopefully, the limitation on cards can be removed
